no air condition

It was close to the Amundi golf tournament.

A wonderful place to stay for the Amundi Evian Women's golf tournament. 400m from the entrance to the course, swimming pool, early breakfast and a wonderful lake view from my room. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Bad attitude

The staff at the reception was very efficient and helpful.

The accommodation was a bit dated and would benefit from a facelift. However, it was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The room had a kitchenette which had enough equipment for guests to be able to prepare basic meals and keep food in a fridge. This came in handy, as the time of year we visited meant that not many places were open in the evening, so we bought food from nearby supermarkets and were able to cater for ourselves when we wanted. Due to Covid precautions, the room was not serviced every day, which is normal for most hotels these days I think. We do tend to keep things tidy so it wasn’t a problem for us, and if you did need anything, the reception staff were on hand. The reception desk isn’t open 24 hours a day, but unless there was a major emergency, I wouldn’t think this would be a problem. The location is a little out of the town centre and although it is walking distance (about 20 minutes) the return journey is up steep hills, so bear that in mind. We booked knowing this, so not a problem for us, and we had a car in any case. All in all, we were very happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay. It was good value for money and served our purposes well. There are other places closer to the town if you don’t want the steep walk, but we would consider this hotel again, if we return to Evian in the future

The apartment was amazing, very quiet and really homey. Nice area with friendly people. We had a brilliant holiday l.

Business trip , very short stay

I would not stay or again or reccommend . The apartments are out of date and need a complete refurbishment. The pool was not very clean and the seating outdated plastic loungers with no seat pads . Disappointed for the price.

The hotel is badly in need of some updating as the carpet, fixtures, etc are exceedingly outdated and worn. There is no AC and it was unusually hot for the lake Geneva area when we stayed there. I would suggest that they put standing fans in the rooms to help with this as the cost for AC installation would be too high to justify the need/cost. The other thing is that in order to utilize the sofa bed it requires a great deal of furniture moving as the space is not large enough to fit the sofa bed and the table and chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The extra bedding available i.e. trundle/pullout couch bed, desperately need to be updated. Otherwise, great location, general apartment is nice and clean. Would recommend.

It was spacious, quiet, neat , has all the required amenities for our stay. And not to forget it’s great location for Evian golf club

Our room was large and with a beautiful window which overviewed on the lake; this are the only two positive things of our stay. The room was cold and not clean enough; the receptionists are not kind and they don't speak inglish !

If you insist on getting a room with a view to the lake - youlle have a wonderful vacation. The Evian town and surrounding area are great.

The carpet in our room was smelly, with bkach stains on it. The furniture needs to be updated.Check in at 4pm, check out at 10am is very unfair.We booked a room with lake view. However, we were looking at the building in front of us. The guy in reception was friendly.

On the floors, the carpets were sticky and a big area of dust could be seen along the walls where the vacuum doesnt reach, in the bathroom were two soap dispensers which no one had bothered to refill. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that our kids couldnt sleep, which means the parents didnt sleep. We checked in just before the reception closed and could not address our comments. Due to the short night sleep (not helped by the noise from other residents but Im not blaming the hotel for this as that cant be helped) we decided to be on our way at 6:30 am before the reception opened.

The hotel was a little rustic for my liking. The pool was only open from 10-7:30 and the spa they show was locked for the whole day. There was no air conditioning so the rooms were very warm. The area is beautiful though.

Hotel is in quiet residential area far from city Center. Rooms are old, small and no airco. Good swimming pool and helpful people at reception to find things to do in the area.

Apartment and furniture needs updating, very tired. Bathrooms need updating, separate toilet requires some ventilation. Air con would be good throughout the apartment. Fantastic views, staff helpful.

Good for families, good swimming pool, OK apartment... A bit far from Evian Town centre.

We stayed 2 nights to visit Evian. The room offers basics including a kitchen and terasse with view on the lake (if you are lucky). Hotel also has a swimming pool and a sauna, all for free. Room is cosy but old fashioned. However it is perfect for a stay with your family. Remember to bring your furniture such as some kitchenware as only the minimum is included (3 forks, 3 knives, 2 rolls of toilet papers, etc)

Very old and in bad condition! The beds where comfy and clean which was the main thing! Needs updating

Its location is beautiful but this apartment hotel is a major disappointment. The decor is dated, the furniture overused and dirty. The sofa had two big stains. The kitchen smelled. Overall I had a feeling that the place hasnt been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. The outside area needs improvement and the pool was dirty.

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen area had everything we needed. There was also a lovely view from the balcony.
