Super helpful, friendly staff. Great location for downtown events. Love that their checkout time isn’t until noon! And they let you park there all day, even if you’re checking out. Will definilty stay here again.

Great service by staff a front desk (Katie #2). Clean rooms, nice rooms. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but the facilities and staff that go with it are great. Parking garage works if you have a truck but it's a challenge.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. I also had a great view. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs a slight adjustment is the shower water. You can tell when people are using the shower that the water runs hot rather than cold.

We mostly picked this hotel because of the pool. It had a fun 1 foot section for our toddler. It even has this fun mushroom umbrella water fall. Everything seemed really noce in our room, the only complaint was the bathroom fan didnt work.

Great room, comfortable and quiet. Great location. The program or app to use the EV charging station was bad or service in the parking garage was poor. I thought I got everything set up, plugged the car in and left it overnight. The next morning I got to the car to find it had not charged at all, still less than 1% on the battery. Pretty disappointed.

There was people walking up and down the halls all night and being very loud I was wolk up at 330 by knocking on the door with no one there when I checked I was just looking for sleep driving from Las Vegas to Lewiston and didn't get hardly any

Always welcoming, super clean, close to everything. Will be staying again in August. Highly recommend staying there. And free breakfast is wonderful and lots of choices.

We had a very brief stay but the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathtub was really nice and I felt comfortable giving my daughter a long bubble bath before bed. The view from our room was nice, staff was great and the towels were still warm and fresh from the dryer.

Breakfast was great. Location was fun, easy walking to downtown restaurants. The pool was disappointing for my kids, pics were deceiving. I was surprised to learn we also had to pay for parking, not ideal.

It was good, the hotel is beautiful, the desk workers were friendly and helpful. The one thing I was disappointed about was the parking, I thought the price of parking would have been included with the hotel charge.
