We liked the family feel to the place. The pool is a big draw and there were several families with children enjoying the indoor pool.

Friendly staff at this little motel that we needed as a stop off during a drive to Quebec City. My children loved the bunk beds and cannot stop raving about the slide in the swimming pool. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly

Stayed here 1 night while driving from Toronto to New Brunswick. The motel looks newer and was very clean. The rooms were large and had the convenience of a fridge and microwave. Convenient bathroom amenities of soap and shampoo. Pool available too. Decent breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again.

This was an overnight while traveling. The facility appears to have been upgraded recently and overall was very nice. However, upon arrival I was informed the elevator was out of order and I had been assigned an upper floor room. I told the staff that was out of the question. I am 77 and have some mobility issues. At first, he offered to assist with bags...not the issue! I requested first floor. Again, he hesitated as if the entire hotel was filled to capacity. It was about 4pm and there were only two cars in the parking area. Finally, when I said I would pay for an upgrade, a vacancy miraculously was available. Since I had reserved an accessible room, which one would assume is either first floor or there is a working elevator, I was a bit upset to have to pay for the upgrade. In addition, when I went to find the ice machine for a refreshing beverage after a 400 mile drive, I was informed it, too, was out of order. While the room was great, the entire incident was a bit of a traveler's nightmare.

Not so good, the elevator was broken, had to call the front desk to check it no person at the front desk at all no sign. Changed me twice for the room.

I really wanted a nice little hotel, don't need fancy, just for sleep. It was perfect for the budget. I didn't had time to try the pool, but looked great. Room were clean, nice bed. Nice little breakfast the morning (cereal, toast, fruits, coffee, etc). This was nice and easy. If you need a friendly budget hotel, this is perfect.

The pool was great. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very disappointing.

I did not stay at the hotel due to a booking issue and when I realized there was a mistake no one could help me. I ended up sleeping in my car because there was no available room anywhere. I could not get a refund became the person who had authorization to grant that was on holiday. The person I initially spoke to did not speak english, and the person who took over my call was difficult to understand. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of understanding from the staff i spoke with. I did not feel they were compassionate about my situation and now I have to wait to speak to another person in 23 days.

Everything was ok. Pool is small but clean. The breakfast was basic but good to start the day. Beds, however, were too soft and need to be replaced.
