Our cozy anniversary trip was Amazing! The host Justin was Fantastic! We purchased the Anniversary pkg, it was so worth it. The breakfast was picture perfect!! Beautiful scenery, quiet, nature all around, we had a Great time! It is such a Peaceful place for anyone that needs a "reboot" in their everyday Hectic life. We will Definitely be back!😎

Beautiful B&B with several patios overlooking the lake, garden and pool. Rooms were a good size, nicely appointed, comfortable bed with crisp linens. Breakfasts were five star, all prepared by owner, Justin who made our experience stellar with his friendliness, interesting conversation and attention to every detail of our stay. Will definitely return soon!

Beautiful view. Great location if you want to be about the same distance from Austin to San Antonio with free parking and a 2 course breakfast is included. Justin is a great host and very helpful emails and text messages to give us all the information we needed on parking, access to the B&B and communication as needed throughout our stay

I liked the limestone bluff behind the house leading down to the lake. I was sometimes annoyed by some squeaky steps outside of our bedroom.

The Lakehouse B&B was a nice and peaceful getaway. Breakfast was served each morning and made fresh. Special note if dietary restrictions was made which I never expect but always appreciate. The property was spotless and cozy. The view of the lake was magnificent. I wish the listing on here had specified which room I would get but I ended up getting one of my top 2 choices. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

The owners are incredible hosts. The breakfast each morning is delicious! This location allowed me to relax and not feel the need to fill every minute doing something, but just go sit outside and watch the sunset and listen to the water.

The property and rooms were absolutely wonderful. It was quiet and very clean and the pictures online represented exactly what we were greeted with when we arrived. It was so much more than just a place to stay for the night; it was like stepping into a simpler time and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

The B&B, and its location (on the shores of Canyon Lake) were both beautiful. The room was nicely furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Justin was a exception host: he was friendly, knowledgable of the area, and had a number of great stories to tell. The breakfast he provided was delicious: orange almond scones, Belgian waffle with berries, and pecan crusted bacon. We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary here, and are so happy that we did.

This was hands down the best stay. Comfort at a whole new level. Justin and his wife are friendly and well versed on the area and what it offers. We will be revisiting on many occasions. Quaint and quiet I could not have asked for a better relaxing weekend. They even have private access to the lake.

It’s a great place and the host is very nice. He let us use the hot tub upstairs because we were the only guests that day. Views are great. Parking can be a bit tight.

The stay was amazing! So relaxing and peaceful, the house and cues are gorgeous. We have pecan crusted bacon and Belgium waffles and a strawberry something for breakfast, it was delicious. Treated us great and even let us check out late upon request. I will def go back
