This hotel is closed. Not open for business. We had to stay at the days inn across the street. Update your sight immediately

The motel door was locked and no one answered upon knocking. No one picked up the call either. Had to go to a different motel.

The front desk guy was a little rude upon check-in. He did not want to answer any questions and was not friendly. It was very noisy and sounded like they had a daycare with kids running around the room all day and all night. We had 2 people in our room and only enough towels for 1 person. Only light was by the door and 2 little lamps. The refrigerator had bromen shelves and froze everything in it. The bed was broke to where the head angled down lower then the foot and was very uncomfortable. The flooring was messed up and broke. The desk chair was broke to where you could not lean back in it. It laid all the way back and the arm was broke. There was not any luggage carts to bring your stuff in and out with. House keeping was there at 9 every morning and was upset we were still sleeping and they could not clean and on the last day came at 10 to tell us we needed to check out at 11 which we already knew and we were already getting our stuff ready to go. I felt like i was being treated like a child. I will definitely not stay in that hotel when we go back. I will find a better one

Fernanda was very sweet and friendly!
The room Itself smelled like chlorox. It was suffocating. Also the toilet didn’t flush, the sink runs and doesn’t turn off, there are holes in the comforter and walls.
It just didn’t feel like a pleasant place to stay.

The hotel itself is good. A little old but well cleaned. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, it’s hard to get a good rest specially at night due to a lot of noises from other rooms from morning to night.

Well...the room i reserved was taken. Guy at the front desk said they were all gone? How can that be when i reserved that room specifically? I mean he was cool and all but still....didn't make since. I'm not getting what i reserved. Also that night till about 4am there were extremely loud neighbors just chatting away with not a care in the world...very loud. It was still worth the price considering.

The employees were extremely friendly!! It has been awhile since we stayed anywhere like that. Do NOT be put off by the remodeling. Our first room didn't have a working lock, so they moved us to a different room and even let us look through it before saying we would move.

Lobby was completely torn apart, bathroom had black mold and disassembled shower handle. No hot water and staff yelling in the hallways at 2 am in Hindi. The breakfast had rancid waffle batter in the dispenser and 3 slices of dried toast. The worst ever

Although this is definitely a hotel that needed improvements, we have stayed her many times because for the price - it was worth it. Rooms are always clean and location is convenient for our travel purposes.
However, they now charge you $50 for incidentals (new procedure) and room rate slightly increased, which seems like it is for their “upgrades,” which include working vending machines and they put “new” linoleum in the rooms (over water damaged floors). Breakfast ends at 8 and the options were waffles or muffins. Staff was rude, also a new development.
Won’t be staying here again.
