We stayed at Hotel Eurico in November, so Toledo was cold. The comfortable bed got a little cold in the night too, though the hotel was generally warm, but we didn't use the extra blankets that were in the cupboard. Nonetheless, we would stay here again, as it's in a great location for the price, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A couple of things to note, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, and the bar shown in the Hotels.com ad is not to be found at this hotel!

Quiet, easy bilingual check-in, super dark rooms! Great location, within a 10 minute walk of everything. Being close to the cathedral gives it an easy target point in case you get lost in the windy streets of Toledo! I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Very clean, comfortable with just too much perfumy scent in the room at our arrival.

Big room, bed was a little firm but ok. Parking is off site but you need to drive through the little streets- compact car required. We had no problems navigating and it was close by. Attractive hotel in the old city. Would recommend

I was pleasantly surprised knowing how old and crowded Toledo is to find this hotel with character and modern amenities. It deserves three stars for its location- it couldn’t be more convenient for visiting the Cathedral. Everything else is an easy walk if you don’t get lost in the maze of medieval streets. You don’t want to try to get there in anything but a compact car because the streets are so narrow but my gps got me straight to the front door. We had to unload and move the car quickly because I was blocking the one lane street. Parking was not convenient but not a problem for us. Do not expect luxury but if you understand that it’s hard to find a big fancy hotel in this location and you’re willing to sacrifice space for being in the heart of a fantastic place to visit then I recommend this hotel. I know that if I go back to Toledo I’ll stay here again.

I liked where the property was located. There was no wifi in my room. One of the receptionist, Fernando was not accommodating. I requested a free breakfast for the inconvenience. No dice. He was rude, patronizing and unprofessionaism. Like many people, I chose this place for the price. We had a heat wave. There was no refrigerator in the room or hotel for us to use.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic service!

The location of the hotel was excellent and reception very good. Room OK but spoilt by poor quality towels and the smallest tv I have ever seen. Vehicle access to the hotel difficult because narrow roads. We parked elsewhere and took a taxi.

Great location near cathedral. Pleasant foyer/reception area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were helpful. We were happy with our choice of this hotel.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Only a minute walk to the Cathedral. Excellent staff. I did not have their breakfast, so I don’t know how it is.

Alphonso was over the top with service and suggestions. He arranged a guide for the alcazar which was a moorish mosque and later became a cathedral after many expansions thru the centuries. He provided us with suggestions to eat as well. The hotel is very conveniently located in the historic city. Parking is provided by the hotel and is accessed there by Using an elevator. He so graciously retrieved our car at check out as spaces is very limited in their garage.

This is a great little hotel to stay in, It is right in the heart of the old town and surrounded by all the history Toledo has to offer.The bars and restaurants are all very close and reasonable in price. If you arrive by train then get a taxi to take you to the hotel as they will find it quicker than you! Once there it is easy to navigate your way around.

Clean, centrally located, great and expansive breakfast.

Apart from the very unfriendly member of staff that manned the reception desk during the day, I couldn't fault this hotel. Right in the centre of Toledo with views of the cathedral and across the city, this was excellent value for money

Hotel was rated as 3*. maybe a weak 2* at best. Don't bring car into Toledo, impossible to park, garages expensive, street are really narrow and hilly, dangerous. Hotel WIFI not good or available in some parts of hotel. Breakfast is on the low end.

The hotel is half a block from a major square, and a block and a half from the main cathedral - so the location is pretty good. The room was clean and functional. But, it was small, and felt smaller than it actually was. Some of the staff were very friendly, some definitely weren't. The price is good. BUT, I got the impression talking to other people visiting Toledo that you can get a better room for the same price.

I had room 102 on the ground floor for two nights. It was large and comfortable. Only one other room in that area of the hotel so there was thankfully not much noise from other guests. Wifi was good. The air conditioning did not have temperature adjustment and was set at very cold, so I had it on and off during my time in the room. The check in lady was pleasant, however at check out it was a different lady and she was pretty rude!!

First of all, in most medieval Spanish cities, don't drive ! The streets are exceedingly narrow, parking is a nightmare and an expensive racket when you find a garage. Next time we'll fly to the airport southwest of Madrid, take the bullet train to Toledo, take a cab to the Hotel Eurico and walk to a lot of the 103 historical marvels. The hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff. It lost a point on the weak WiFi ("WEE-fee")

nice little hotel right in the middle of old town.

It was a very comfortable, clean and centrally located hotel. I was so relieved to have an elevator after weeks of having to lug my heavy luggage up steep narrow and multiple stairs. The room was also very quiet which was a blessing, had the best nights sleep I had in a while. Breakfast was well catered for (including pieces of fresh fruit) and reasonably priced. I personally did not like the coffee but that is being picky. I would recommend the hotel to others and stay their again.

The hotel was great especially for the price we paid. My only complaint with the hotel was the front desk recommended a restaurant in Toledo called Lizarran on Toledo De Ohio which was absolutely one of the WORST restaurant meals I have ever had anywhere. It was completely inedible (I ordered the paella and grilled lamb). My recommendation? Stay at the Eurico which is very conveniently located 1 block from the Cathedral but don't count on the staff for restaurant reservations!

Eurico Hotel was very near down the hill from the Cathedral in Toledo. Take the bus #5 from the Train Station to Zocodover and walk road to the Plaza in front of the Cathedral, follow the street down a hundred feet and take the left fork. From there, look 2 doors down and there is Eurico Hotel.very close (all paths really are roads shared with cars. This makes better sense once you see the town. The Cathedral can be seen from the hotel roof deck. We had the wooden window that stepped out over the front of the hotel and could view the church tower. The Alcazar and Cathedral are lit up at night and can be seen from the roof.deck. We selected a room with breakfast for convenience and it was sufficient for our needs - breads, cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, fruit, muesili and coffee. The room had a decent bed, large bathroom, and small flat screen TV high up the wall. We would recommend this hotel. It worked well for our 2 nights. Everything is in walking distance once you figure it out. Please note that Toledo was relatively quiet in mid-March 2011 and being less crowded is a good thing. We were lucky to have a bit of gray when we arrived, but no rain and plenty of sun in Toledo.
