Three amenities were missing in the rooms: no room telephone, no place to hang our clothes, and no bathtub in either room. I would not have booked the rooms if I had known these things were lacking.

The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze

The receptionist at the reception in the evening was very rude. The first room they gave could not be locked from the inside. The furniture in the rooms was old and dirty. All the noise from the next room and the cars on the street was inside the room and very disturbing. I would not recommend it to anyone and I would definitely not stay there again.

Chose hotel because it included a pool but it was closed for maintenance. Front desk clerk said it would open at 7 am the next day. It wasn't and didn't open by the time I left at 8:30 am.

It was decent. The room that I booked in was clean. The air filter from the bathroom wasn’t working. Trouble having to park close to my room in the area I'm staying. Overall, it was good.

Although the room was clean and comfortable. The odor of Cigarette smoke kept coming through the crack from the door and made the room stink.

Safe, quiet, clean rooms, simple check in. Of course, nothing stellar about the stay or breakfast, but given what you’re paying, this is a great hotel. Close to a train line that runs straight into the city

I chose this place for the parking. It is easy with lots of spaces. It is quiet and felt safe as well. I traveled with just myself (woman) with 3 teenage girls and we all felt safe. The pool water was hot hot hot that's the only complaint. No bugs, clean shower, clean sheets. Left pizza out all night. That's how you know if there's bugs or not. There was none. Great stay.

I liked my room it was rlly cute for while it lasted. A few things were broken in tht room and it bothered me the toilet paper holder for one , the cover for the ac for 2, the lil rack for towels by the mirror broken, the door you had to fight with it just for it to really close, the coffee maker WAS NOT clean which was nasty to me,it had an old pack of coffee in it from the previous owners of that specific room, but the people were nice, every staff was so kind the maids were so nice and will have a conversation with u! Breakfast was ok I’ve had more options but I’m not complaining bout tht they serve cereal make ur own waffles, muffins, bagels, and nutritional grain bars. Other then that it was a pretty nice stay other then previous listed things!

This is an old motel 15 minutes from midway airport. It has difficult and limited parking. The room has been slightly updated with a newer TV, microwave and small fridge. Updated shower. Very small bathroom. Comfortable bed. It is not a quiet location but it is walkable to some restaurants and necessary shopping.

Stayed here for a weekend. Was expecting a room with a tub in it like the pictures/description showed but ended up not getting it. Parking is very tight and syrup residue from the trees was left all over my car. A bit of damage in the room like a loose doorknob and some weird black stuff on the wall. Wasn’t expecting to pay two deposits ($89 charge before check in that I didn’t get a refund for yet and then a $25 deposit). Overall just a simple room to stay in for a quick weekend.

Didn’t really have issues but the showers water suckedddd. Absolutely cold. Bathroom and toilet were so confined we just didn’t shut when we had to go. Only got 3 pillows for a king size bed. 2 of the pillows were so flat my fiancé and I had to share the fluffy one. Breakfast was small only bagels, English muffins, waffles and cereal but it was doable.

The dead bolt on our door didnt work, so we didnt feel exactly safe. The door was also very heavy, but you had to push or pull it shut or it didnt close all the way. Staff was nice, just a little unorganized. Needed a fork and the pikr girl at the desk wasnt given the keys to the breakfast area. Parking was a little limited. Good place to stay overall for thyw price.

The room was super small, no room to walk and the bathroom is even smaller you have to get in the shower to close the door to sit on the toilet, and Its a good thing i took my own shampoo, conditioner and body soap because there is NONE in the room.

The facility is is a basic, no frills hotel. Just don't expect the RITZ. You get what you pay for: Quiet room, working TV, great shower. Didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked with basic fare. Staff is helpful and friendly. Facility area is quite and easy to get too. Comfy bed and the heater / AC unit worked well.

It's a room with a shower, beds, and air conditioning. Not much else. Convenient options nearby for food and recreation. Basic breakfast offerings in the morning such as bagels, cereal, and juice. The rooms do not isolate against outside noise very well. The immediate area has a fair amount of street traffic, so expect some road noise if you're a light sleeper. They had a $150 policy against plugging anything in to the tv, which I found very odd. So either bring your own screen or do without streamers like a Chromecast, etc. for in-room entertainment. All things considered, I would recommend it for an overnight stay or for trips where you would spend very little time in your room. For extended stays or when you have a lot of leisure time at the hotel, perhaps think about other accommodations.
