It was a very nice and well kept hotel!

It was amazing

The elevator kept getting stuck and there were roaches in the room. They came up and sprayed but we kept finding dead roaches. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off. The beds were comfy and no bed bugs we checked with the iron method. The layout is nice. The sofa sleeper had something on it so nobody could use that to watch TV. There was no balcony and you couldn't see anything out the window but the roof. We had to keep using the stairs cuz like I said the elevator got stuck. Never went into the dining didn't even bother considering there was roaches in the room.

The Standard King room was spacious, clean, and updated. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again.

Bartender needs to learn how to make a martini! 😂 Breakfast left alot to be desired, I mean how do you run out of Bacon, orange juice, and english muffins!! However, dont ever lose Keneisha in the restaurant, she is a real asset to this hotel!!

It was a great stay!. The beds were so comfy, and the hotel was clean. I enjoyed my stay! Would definitely recommend. The hotel is close to everything.

I paid extra for the breakfast which they could not provide because the waitress didn’t show up. So one person not coming in meant no breakfast when we purchased it. Also the day before we left they sent a note saying the pool was under renovation. This pool was one of the reasons we booked there. Further we found a roach in our room.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, and everything was so clean.

The cleanliness and condition of this room was not very good. Towel racks fell off the walls, most liquid containers were empty and fell off the walls. The room had not been vacummed. The windows and mirrorrs in the room had a Viable film on them. AND, most importantly, they do not take cash. I would call this disenfranchisment of the poor as many do not have a bank or credit account.

The hotel building is lovely and staff is wonderful. However will probably not choose to stay here again. Reasons why: 1. Internet is terrible. If you to use your computer for work related activities forget it. The connection stops and you must re-enter password to reconnect several times a day especially at night when hotel rooms are full. 2. Pool and gym are not operating and have not been for over 4 years. Also breakfast is not complimentary. You would think with nig company owning this hotel these would be usable.

The stay was ok for why we were there. I did however want to cancel after finding out there was no pool and when i found out was the day after the time to cancel. I think for hotell .com you all should have this losted before some one purchases a room vs getting a message that was not seen until to late.

The room was clean and well put together. I like that they offer Dove products. Hotel is central to everything.

The check is was very easy and the room was bigger than expected. It was clean and the bed was comfortable

Is a great hotel room was super comfortable a lot of space it has a small fridge it has closets the bedroom very comfortable too the bathroom very clean they will provide body lotion,hand soap, shampoo,conditioner and body wash;we stay for my daughter’s boyfriend Marine Corps graduation at Paris Island the drive to the island is not that far like 20 minutes is close to downtown which is very pretty can’t miss that. We rent a room for 6 people

They are working on certain parts of Hotel and I total understand about the pool and fitness center under construction but the ceiling in bar and dining area is a mess so if this matters to you go somewhere else. It did not matter to me Staff is extremely friendly and helpful

First and foremost the staff was friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Having said that, the hotel was in poor condition. When we first got into our room it smelled like wet dog or B.O. When we told the front desk the moved us right away. However the A.C. unit in our second room was so loud we had to sleep with earplugs. We told the front desk but as they were sold out they had nowhere to move us. I figured they would at least offer us some money back but that did not happen. I would not recommend anyone I know stay there.

The woman working at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She made it feel as though we were annoying her by being there.

The properties location was great. The breakfast should be included in the price.

Wifi seldom worked. Had to go to front desk for coffee cups, towels and body wash soap.

AC did not work, internet did not work, charged me more for my room when they switch dates on the computer, did not catch it until the next day.

We go down for a quick breakfast to find out it was to be ordered with a waiter. Was reluctant because I needed a quick breakfast, but there was few people eating and the hotel would not return my vouchers even though the website said nothing about not having a buffet. All in all we waited over an hour for hotel breakfast. That’s supposed to be fast. Wife got her food and then I was told the cook forgot to cook mine. I proceeded to pack our entire room and load in the car and still waited 15 minutes for my food. Extremely unhappy about that because I was counting on a quick one and be on my way, but instead wasted an hour of my 2 day vacation. Not to mention, the other guests in there unhappy because they didn’t get their food or the wrong food brought out to them. The ceiling in the breakfast room was falling apart and leaking on one man’s table. The trash can outside the entrance of the hotel was overflowing with trash on the ground. Q-tips were stuck in the top corner of the ceiling of my room with looked like toothpaste. All in all, I won’t be back. Wasn’t pleased. Least the bed was comfortable….

My room was exceptionally well- prepared, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and peronable. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay!

Beautiful room...pool was not available however.

This hotel is run down, everything seems old and worn out. The ceiling in the restaurant area is cracking/falling apart, the patio outside of restaurant looks nothing like the pictures…dirty, not kept up..almost abandoned looking. We found one roach in our bathroom on the first night, along with mold in several areas of the bathrooms/shower/tub area. The AC is loud and the wall underneath the AC unit appeared to have old water damage. We would not stay here again.

It was clean and quiet. The only issues were the safe in the room didn't work and the vending machines on our floor didnt work right.
