Location and hotel is very good. Staff needs better training, indicated a service was included on checking in and voided it when checking out resulting in an unsuspected charge back ruining the overall stay.

Extremely comfortable room, very clean, the hotel staff were so polite and courteous. The breakfast was tasty and very varied and the hotel in general was spotless. The location was also perfect. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

We had a nice mini getaway here - the staff were really lovely with the check in being perfect. The only small comment I have is that it would be lovely to provide bubble bath to the rooms that have a bath. The food was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here

This hotel welcomed me with a welcome drink, has quiet spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed and pleasant lobby. It is 1 minute walk from the train station and max. 5 minutes to the heart of the city center in Zwolle.

The whole hotel is very high quality, but the price still needs its justification about the staff! It needs to expand its language skills and learn to serve the guest. Individuals are capable of doing so, but some employees only talk a lot about the work.
