From the check in person to those who were in the hallway to the person who kept the breakfast area filled, all the staff greeted us and were helpful.
I was especially impressed with the care given in the breakfast area. She truly wanted to serve and make sure everyone had what they needed.

Did the Silver river one day and stayed here so we could hit Juniper springs early the next day. We will be back. This is super convenient and reasonable. And Breakfast was really good. So many hotels are scrimping on breakfast lately - but this was a substantial breakfast. Great place -

Night front desk Johnathon was by far the best night front desk service I’ve had in years room was very clean housekeeping came everyday overall great experience and whenever I go to visit my daughter I will be staying here

It was very clean and needs were comfortable. My only complaint is the AC didn't seem to work that great. It was on 68 and didn't really cool off that much but I still slept well.

Check in was great and fast with friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Pool was nice but small. Breakfast was great and again very nice staff. Only stayed one night and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere was warm. Its convenient location near Silver Springs makes it perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The air conditioner is making horrible noises and woke me out of sleep. I cannot sleep with the noise. The tile floor in the bathroom is coming up and pinched my feet while walking on it. Not happy. I want to go talk to front desk but it’s 3 in the morning.

Room was clean, but the AC was turned off when I got in the room. I turned it on and lowered it to 72 to get it to cool down. It ran for a few minutes before the blower stopped cooling the room. I went to sleep and it said 76 degrees, but had to be 80 degrees inside the room.

I am a repeat customer to this location and always pleased with the stay. This trip though had some issues. The temperature in the room was sweltering at checkin and couldn't get the room cool during the 4 day stay. Instead of cooling down it just got damp and muggy in the room. Also, my teen children wouldn't swim in the pool because it was so dirty. Had to constantly go down for more towels because they only put 2 sets in room during daily cleaning, even though there were three of us checked into the room.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn at Silver Springs Florida. The room I received had a broken AC and it smelt like dogs. It was a horrible combination which made the room musty. When I went to the bathroom I saw 3 baby cockroaches. As well when I opened the fridge I saw a dead baby roach.

Large clean hotel with ample parking. Room was large, well equipped and clean with comfy beds. For the price we paid the breakfast was very basic - maybe to be expected of a hotel of this type but not for $160 a night - polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery and very basic food. The hotel was also very noisy and overrun with young children. I would not recommend it.

We made a last minute reservation and appreciated the assistance of the night clerk very much. Our stay was quite and the beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast was available. Great option if you are visiting the east side of Ocala especially the Silver Springs State Park area.

The location is fantastic - right next to the silver Springs State Park. We were here on business and didn't realize what a wonderful place we were visiting. Only complaint - the bed matress was a bit tired or soft- my back was aching after two nights trying to get comfortable, Staff were super friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The nicest staff I have ever encountered, personable, friendly and smiling. Most of all, I am a woman, over 60 and traveled alone. Not only did I feel safe at all times in the hotel, but also in the well-kept, well-lit parking lot.
