If I could not rate this hotel at all I would! Very disgusted in how dirty it was and the bed bugs and other crap making us itch. I wouldn’t even let my babies on the beds or floors. We checked in and left literally wasn’t there even an hour!!!! Very very sick to my stomach. Do not stay here!

We stay here when we go to the Alabama games in Tuscaloosa. We always have wonderful service and our room is always ready, even when we want to check in early.

Stayed for a night on our way to a vacation destination. This was the cheapest option on short notice. Turned out to be a great choice. The desk staff speaks english as a native language. Everything was clean. Room was nice with a couch and dootstools. Bathroom has a good sized walk-in shower. Continental breakfast provided.

The hotel is under construction so some things are not quite in the finished stages. The stay was very comfortable and the staff was great.

Ok for 1 night stay. Stopped on our way to Orlando. Breakfast really not impressive. Room seemed rundown and not constructed well -- brown caulking everywhere. Not much parking - had to park in auto parts store lot. Worth $100 or less, not the $150 I paid.

We were there for only one night.We picked the hotel based on price and proximity to the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre. We were able to walk to the concert. The hotel is under construction which is great because it needs it! Our room was comfortable but in need of several repairs. Breakfast looked like it had a good selection but we didn’t try it, we needed to get on the road.

The room lacked cleanliness. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, there was a bug on the ceiling when we walked in, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were stains on the comforters.

First room had stains all over the bed, got moved to another room and that one had worse stains on the bed. Finally got moved to a 3rd room and was satisfied enough to stay

The room aesthetically was ok. But there were long hairs on my pillows. Only problem is, I’m black and the hairs clearly belonged to a Caucasian Woman. The sheets didn’t fit bed and wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Exposing a piss stained mattress. The sheet clearly had not been changed so we went out and bought our own clean sheets. Would not stay there again.

The hotel itself is wonderful and clean. The rooms are spacious and feel like home. When I checked in however the employee was rather rude and impatient. Other than that the experience was great and would definitely stay again.

The room was dirty and curtains were filthy. Several holes in the walls and exposed patchwork to the walls also. The TV remote was sticky and couch was dirty and stained.

Check in was easy. Walking distance to Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Good breakfast. Room was clean but carpet was stained. Also we had to request sheets for the pull out they were not in the room. Otherwise very happy with the stay.

We stayed here for a soccer camp in Hoover and it was convenient. Staff was great and accommodating! Room was clean and the kids loved the pool.

Front desk guy was very nice, but there is not a lot of parking in their lot so you have to park in the sketchy lot by the hotel. Your car may get towed if in the wrong spot so be careful.
The room was semi cleaned, but very dated. The floors are starting to cave in it felt like while walking around in our room.

We only stayed one night to break up a long drive home. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The pool is pretty small so the water was warm, but did the job. Overall happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

We just stayed overnight on our drive-through to get home. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and they had waffles. There was a little bit of paint chipping off of the tub, but that was it and for the price it was worth the stay.
