Friendly staff, clean facility. AC unit in my room thinks im a piece of meat and likewise tryed to keep me from going bad. Otherwise great place to sleep for the night.

We have always loved staying at Country Inn and Suites. When we got to our room this time, we were hit by a musty, damp smell! The lady at the desk was super nice when we checked in, but when I went downstairs to tell her, it was like I had offended her. Said she had been in the room and didn’t smell anything. She sent a guy up who sprayed a few times and then left. We were at a concert and came back late and we’re hit with the same smell. Next morning my husband just mentioned it to her again and she was rude. We were gone for the day and when we got back it seemed like they put something in our room to make it smell better. We were thankful! In the dining room both mornings, the waffle mix ran out and no one replaced it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but not our usual lovely stay!

The staff was great and very accommodating for our four day stay. The breakfast is more continental & cleaning of rooms is every three days.

Shampoo and conditioner were completely empty upon our arrival. This is unacceptable when the items are attached to the shower and you realize they are empty when the your shower has actually started.

This is my second time staying here, the check in process is so easy and fast. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. It’s also affordable.

We had cockroaches in the dresser drawers and bathroom the morning after our first night out of the three nights we were staying there. Everything was shook out and went on top of the extra bed and I informed the front desk at roughly 9am about what we found. I told them I needed the room thoroughly cleaned and sprayed for cockroaches. We were gone all day touring Gettysburg and didn’t return until about 9pm. I asked at the guy at the front desk if our room was taken care of and he said he didn’t know anything about it, but was sure it had been. When we got to the room, we could tell that it had been cleaned. Kind of a breath of relief. My Wife got up around 4-5am to use the bathroom and there were three more cockroaches in there when she turned on the light. We were supposed to stay until Sunday to enjoy our trip to Valley Forge. Instead we packed everything up, checked out a day early, and made the 6hr drive back home. The lady who is the general manager repeatedly apologized about what happened. Sadly it was our first and last time staying there.

The tub & shower were dirty. The breakfast was not that great. The hotel is not up to the standards of Country Inn & Suites. I will not return

The room was big compared to some other places we've stayed. It was clean and staff made the bed and left clean towels each day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again since it is a great value!

The woman when we checked out was so sweet and helpful! The room was so comfy and the bed was awesome! Will definitely stay there again if we go through the are.

It was an OK facility. Nothing special and no problems either. Convenient to I-81

All staff were friendly and very helpful. My only problem was that I left a bag there with packaged food and instead of calling me to come back and pick it up, they threw it away. They at least could’ve tried to contact me.

The service was horrible, the owners are racists, the rooms were not cleaned, there were other people's clothes and food, the beds were dirty, they did not change the sheets, I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, the next day the housekeeping did not clean the room or even bother to knock on the door and I put the letter that said "please clean the room" they completely ignored it. The worst hotel

This was a very nice property being clean and well kept with a couple exceptions. We had a kleenix box with only four tissues and there was a long handle squeeggie to clean the floor since the the flat shower flower flowed into the bathrroom without 2 drains capturing the water fast enough. Considering it was handicapped accessible it really didn't meet standards expecting a handicapped person to squeeggie dry there own bathroom floor due to the defective floor drains in the room.

Very convenient to the freeway and Hagerstown airport. Very reasonable pricing for the room.

The cost of a 7# dog was too much. We need to have dog-friendly stays without the extra cost

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel it was really clean and quite and the staff was really friendly.

Pulls are disgusting and not maintained roaches smashed on walls and crawling around in rooms, roach, roach, poison tablets, scare around the room on the floor and reach of small children. Mine almost put one in her mouth. They refused to refund. Wanted to just switch our rooms when everyone knows if you have purchased in one room you have an investigation the whole hotel walk away from this property.

We arrived after a long day at 9:30pm and were given a room. When we entered our room we were horrified to discovered we'd barged in on another sleeping guest in their room. The clerk at the desk gave us that key (which worked) and that room number, but it was occupied. We must've scared the sleeping occupant to death, because frankly, my kid and I were pretty shaken up about it. That was a pretty rough start. The next room we were assigned had an oddly heavy duty mattress cover on just one of the beds. We wondered about bed bugs because of it. When we unzipped it to look before settling in, there was no sign of bugs (great!) but the mattress was very stained, and the zipper broke off (we were gentle) of the cover, but we uncomfortable sleeping on it with the cover open and all the gross staining. On the bright side, the desk attendant was very cooperative about assigning us another new room. The third room had sticky food or something all over the nightstand and short curly hair and wet spots on the floor in the bathroom. By this point it was really late for our two little kids and we had to be up very early, so we stayed. If we didn't have 2 small way over tired kids who has alrwady been through a lot that night, we would have asked for our money back and gone elsewhere. The beds were clean enough but the rugs and bed skirts had stains in all the rooms. The place wasn't super dirty everywhere, just really old and run down or needing some upgrades.
