Our reservation was for a room with two queen beds. The night we were to check in I got a call saying they had over booked and we would have a king bed. Obviously they had an opportunity to get a higher rate from someone else for the room we reserved. They gave us two bottles of water for the inconvenience - what a joke!

The bathroom sink and particularly the awkward faucet -- VERY inconvenient for using... You end up with lots of water on the countertop... Definitely NOT a good design for an otherwise comfortable place to stay...

Ok! Not wow, but not terrible. Property is a bit outdated, not appealing. Room was ok, but bed was super comfortable! Bedsheet and pillow very clean and made sleeping like on cloud nine! Breakfast was not the greatest. Need some TLC

The staff was nice. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool didn’t have towels and the hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is in a great location.
The hotel appeared nice and our initial check in was great. We were very disappointed with the musty smell in the room. We were too tired to say anthing so we just bought some Fabreez the next day and sprayed the room down. Our AC unit was old and quite loud. Both the smell and noise were huge negatives for our stay. Rooms are old and need to be updated.
We are not picky but this was not a good experience.

There was a long black hair in the sheets of one of the beds, there were stains on the two chairs in the room, The toilet was running when we got in the room. We got that to stop and the whole toilet leaned backwards. The entire hotel is just overall not clean. The young lady at check-in was unfriendly.

We have stayed here several times and have loved it each time. The only issue I had with this visit was other guests on our floor were running up and down the halls and were very loud the night of our stay and the following morning.

Staff was amazing and checkin was fast and easy. Our room was dirty, sheets were not changed out or clean. Found food crumbs and stains in the bedding. The receptionist immediately offered me a clean room but when we went together to check the new room we found it to be dirty as well with dirty laundry on the floor and trash. Third room was finally clean but smelled bad of feet, lighting was horrible with a lamp in the room but no outlet to connect it to, found only one working outlet in the room. Pool was also not the cleanest and breakfast was okay. Over all neighborhood is nice, maintained and safe with access to restaurants close by and shopping.

Very nice receptionist and property manager. Breakfast was better than average and gym and pool were nice. However, I visited during the heat of the summer and the AC unit could not cool the room to 70 degrees F very easily. And the ac unit was quite loud. I had to sleep with earplugs. Otherwise the room would have been nice during fall, winter or spring. No bathroom fan.

We stayed in this location last week, and this stay is on our return trip home. The young lady at the front desk was fabulous. If I could, I would give her a raise. She is so friendly, and took good care of us. I hope to see her on another trip. The room was perfect and we appreciate the standard you have. We will be back.

Had a bad experience. As soon as we walk into room the smell of sewer. The bathroom was left clogged up. Room was switched, good think I had not unpacked. Second room was not fully stocked. Only one towel, missing toiletries, and to top it off, air conditioning not working. Front desk provided a fan but it was an industrial fan. Super loud. My kids could not sleep. Wake up pack up as I’m walking out someone had their car in front check in area taping their window due to a break in overnight. Horrible.

It felt rundown. Rooms were just ok. Hot tub jets wouldn’t work. Tile was broken in our shower. Things looked worn and old.

The breakfast was mediocre. Our room need maintenance. The tub faucet wasn't ever anchored to the wall. Location is the hotels redeeming factor.

Nice place. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a step above Continental and the food area was clean.

We (2 friends) reserved 2 queen beds but we were given a room with a king bed instead. We ended up sleeping together in a king bed. Not as preferable or as comfortable or as we would have been in 2 queens.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I do travel a lot for business and family trips. Hampton Inn as always been a good hotel. Are 1st room the ac did not work. The 2nd room the phone, tv and ac did not work. Davey the General Manager did give us a fan to use. We decided to leave the hotel about 10pm and go to a different one across the street. We could not sleep in 77 degree room. This morning I got a call form Davy the General Manager saying I stole is fan. I will not stay rhere again.

The room wasn’t clean and prepared upon arrival, staff were rude and disrespectful. Argumentative requesting services and things to be cleaner and prepared. Instead, both nights I was till I was going to get refunded my money and never did.
