I have never been so grossed out at a hotel. The room looked decent when we walked in but as I looked around you could see how dirty everything was. There was mold on the ceiling trim, every surface had some sort of dirt or unknown particles on it, the bathtub had rust stains and was peeling, my daughter didn’t even want to take a shower. The carpet was so nasty that we actually had to wash our feet before putting on our socks on because our feet were black. Would not recommend this place.

The stay was wonderful. The room did have a little bit of a smell, but the service was great and the room was clean, so it is all good.

Manager and other employees are friendly and helpful

Beds were very comfortable room was clean. What I didn’t like was someone’s barking dog early in the morning.

Great Place

Selected room with hot tub. Had confirmation email showing room with hot tub and charged rate for that room. Male manager on duty said “Expedia” put in code for cheapest king room. Did not care it was our anniversary & that I had confirmation email with picture. I was willing to compromise by requesting to be moved to a king room with a couch so we could at least sit down. He said he was unable to give us a better room because I booked through a third party. There was literally NO one in this hotel. He could’ve easily moved us but we received a terrible room. Housekeeper named Silvia tried to help us. Worst experience at a hotel. We left and drove home. HORRIBLE manager. Ruined anniversary. Oh! We also arrived at 3:35 to check in & same manager told us we would have to return in an hour because our room wasn’t ready even though advertised check in time was 3:00pm. Do NOT recommend this hotel!!!!!!

Calming and very relaxing stay!

This hotel was ok, bed was comfortable and shower was good. But breakfast wasn’t sub par. 1 out of 5 stars, sausage was bland. Kids were looking forward to swimming after hot days in soccer tournament only to be told pool was closed. If this information would have been available online or before checkin we definitely would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed

Short overnight stay. Friendly Check in. Room spacious and clean. Bed. Comfy.

Amazing location all around. Staff was excellent. Rooms were in excellent condition. Probably one of my favorite hotels for the price.

Room was dirty and it smelled, asked for a refund but was denied. Checked in and out within the first 20 minutes. Would not recommend staying here.

Everything was great...didnt likevthe party going on in the parking lot with the grill and loud talking but a great place to stay.

LaQuinta, is in walking distance of shopping and eatery. It is easy accessible.

Staff was just fine, pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Room was dirty upon arrival , crackers in the fold away couch, crumbs near and around the couch in living area, dust and hair on the floor in the bathroom, marks and stains on the walls. Asked for sheets and extra pillows for the pull out couch, the first set of sheets were stained and rather disgusting, the second was ok but they had no additional pillows to offer. Ended up switching rooms because there was water leaking from the light fixture on the ceiling in the bathroom. They could accommodate a much smaller space room, which shared similar issues. A dank smell, hair and dirt on the floor in the entry way and bathroom, crumbs on the floor, the handicap bar railing in the shower that was there as a “safety rail” was hanging off and exposed sharp edges which are not great for anyone but definitely not ideal for a 5 year old to be around. Ended up only staying the one night and I am working on getting a refund for at LEAST one full night of the cost of the suite and for the cost difference between the suite and much smaller room that we ended up staying in.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The bathtub could use a little updating. .

Very nice, we were there for a fishing tournament that one of my Grandsons was participating in. Wonderful trip.

I would have given it a 5 star, but the water pressure is pretty low and the breakfast was poor, for such a nice place. Staff was great. I would stay there again.

First off all the staff there were outstanding. The front desk person, and anyone else I met was very friendly. The only reason where I knocked it down was the water pressure was so weak. And the other thing is the stuff around the bathtub needed to be repaired a little. Besides that I had a great stay, and I would stay there again if I come back.

Breakfast was kinda cold. Other than that it was a nice stay

We stayed here for a golf tournament close by. It's location is great for enjoying Granbury and the area towns. The dining room was cleaned and majority of the staff was very friendly.

My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

The 2nd floor where we stayed smelled like a stinky locker room. The paint was peeling in the room and the tub was rusted, pubic hair on the floor from the previous guests. The room shared a wall with the elevator which made loud knocking noises all through the night. The carpet was sticky and in need of a good cleaning. The air unit in the room wouldn’t keep a consistent temperature.

The horel was clean and staff was friendly as well as helpful

The air conditioner made a loud screeching noise the whole stay and I was charged twice for my stay. Hopefully one of the charges will “drop off” and I won’t have to call. Not sure why but the whole place smells musky. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price in the area everything else was outrageously expensive

Water pressure in shower was a little low. Otherwise our stay there was pleasant.

The "breakfast" was inferior! Poor selection, inadequate utensils, and they "cut" off service randomly! The only negative issue was this. Great otherwise.

Nice people, but for a small town it’s very busy.

We will stay here again.

They didn’t have the accessible room we reserved. They only had one with a sauna that we didn’t want and charged us extra.
