When we visited the property the pool was not working. They are waiting on the county to inspect to clear it from the chemicals not being balanced. Lobby and dining area seem dated. Rooms are not terrible. Very quiet area.

Extremely disappointed with the fact that the pool was closed. The room was quite a bit more than others I looked at elsewhere but I wanted the kids to be able to swim. I wish they would let you know either by phone or email that certain things would be unavailable to stay because I would have cancelled the booking.

Enjoyed stay

For starters they called me 4 times while I was at work to insure I was still coming. Well one my reservation was not canceled, so obviously I was coming. When I first booked, they called and confirmed, I told them at that time I would check in late, Im a doctor I have to finish my shift I just cant leave. The day of check in is when they called back to back, I told them im at work please dont call anymore,im still coming. Then they said i had to pay now, instead of at arrival which it confirmed when I booked Im suppose to pay at arrival, so I paid so they would stop blowing up my phone. Ok I arrived that night me and my family. The guy tell me my card is decling, he trying to take the payment out I showed him on my transaction log they already took it out $659.03. He continues to try and run my cards stating oh thats just a hold. No it wasn't I paid earlier.. its 12:27 am we waited 30min after a long car ride until he called his manager.They finally checked us in. Ok day two we asked the house keeper to remove the trash and more bath towels. We left the room but my brother was still in the room.When she knocked on the door he responded we dont need anything sweetie. She said ok and left, keep in my we just told her as we were getting on the elevator we told her the room number.Now my brother wasn't aware,she could have said she spoke with us. But thats ok. The problem is she lied and said my brother was real mean and yelled at her. TBC

The hotel was nasty. The floors were dirty and they allow pets! I won’t be back nor will I recommend anyone stay there.

The pool was closed and not updated on line with holiday weekend. Breakfast wasn’t great all all with choices and cold food .

The staff at laquita was amazing, always willing to help. The rooms were always comfortable and clean. Quiet and peaceful.

The property was in excellent location for dinning options and plenty of gas options. The hotel was decent, only complaint I had was the smell of smoke that came from our room. I went to the store and purchased multiple items to try and help with the smell. It muted it some but not completely. It's highly not suggested to sleep on pull out bed. Very uncomfortable. Staff was great

An adequate stay. Had to change rooms because of a constant drip in the bathtub, but got a larger room. Unfortunately the AC wasn’t the best in the second room. The whole propoerty just needs some TLC.

The Stay was very Pleasant and the family and I were very pleased

It smelled clean but we had to kill a roach in our room. The towels had hair from other people still attached. They came into our room after the first night and made the beds, moved our clothing, and our bathroom items. It almost looked as if they went through our things. I had to pay another 30 dollars when I arrived.

The pool was drained and closed (this was why we booked this hotel as opposed to others in the same location) The sink was cracked and there was a roach in our bathroom. The air conditioner also looked like it had been busted but it did work. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast did have pancakes but lacked healthy options minus the apples and oranges.

I booked the hotel room for the pool access. My kids got 30 minutes in the pool because people from the adjacent hotel were in the pool. This stay was really a waste of my money. I'm highly dissatisfied.

With the exception of one young lady working the front desk when I arrived, this was by far the most unpleasant stay I have ever had in my life. This property was an absolute disaster! There was a kids baseball tournament in town, and these kids ran the halls, screaming, slamming doors, until after 1 am! I called front desk and the man working there told me that “they can’t tell guests how to behave”. What the heck??? The “adults”, and I use that term loosely, took the entire lobby and lounge over until the wee hours of the morning and allowed their children to run, scream, jump and play in the entrance way and lobby, hindering any other guests from entering and leaving safely. Are you kidding me? In the morning I couldn’t even get close to the “free breakfast”. They literally consumed everything except the chairs. No other guests could eat. The next day I left the property all day hoping for a better second evening but returned to what sounded like 5 horses in the room above mine, the smell of marijuana permeating from the room next to me, along with constant slamming doors, loud conversations, and what sounds like 4 or 5 kids banging on the walls. I just can’t. Add to that what appears to be blood on the bathroom wall, a toilet that didn’t ever completely flush, an unpainted and what appears to be a mildewed wall above the ac unit. THIS is not acceptable on any level. Trust me when I say..STAY somewhere else where there is actually management that manages the property.

Location

While there, plenty of construction workers staying. Hallways at night and early morning very dirty as a result. Also, bathtub faucet constantly trickling. Noisy enough that I had to shut the bathroom door at night. Informed front desk twice, but was never repaired by the end of my week-long stay. Other than switching from sausage to bacon day to day, breakfast food choices never varied. No oatmeal or waffles.

It was fine for check in and sleep. Awoke to roaches and no hot water. Desk clerk did not apologize, asked if I reported it night before, and said she couldn’t give discount on a prepaid reservation. All this for $179.

Everything was great. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The woman in charge was very nice and attentive. Safe area with many eating places within walking distance. We stay here every time when we visit our great grand baby.

Room they first gave me had fresh paint (and associated smell) in the hallway. Second one was better. Floors in hallway looked dirty. Area around hotel was not kept up. Dog droppings, marshy areas in grass, etc.

The front lady was not the friendliest person. When I would talk to her she would rush me and acted like holding a conversation was an inconvenience. There were chips on the floor of our room. I could tell they are trying to make the property look better since they were painting.
