The rooms are Nice.

Spent two nights at Pasino. I was positively surprised by the size of my room and the bathroom. Plenty of space and with a window wall bright and airy. Bed was very comfortable.

Un hôtel parfait. Le personnel très agréable, souriant et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre spacieuse et très propre. Un seul petit point négatif : l'insonorisation vers l'extérieur.

Un excellent moment passé dans l’hôtel !!! La chambre était très confortable, bon petit-déjeuner. L’espace piscine et jacuzzi très classe. Merci pour tout. Mon épouse était ravie. C’était un week-end surprise pour elle.

Le personnel de l'hôtel disponible, souriant, à l'écoute. Les soins merveilleux. Un accueil juste parfait. Petit déjeuner que ce sois en salle ou dans la chambre très complet et avec du choix. Juste la literie qui m'a fait mal au dos mais mis à part ça rien à dire.

Belle chambre propre mais une insonorisation catastrophique entre les chambres et avec l'extérieur. Les clients du Casino qui "stationnent" à l'extérieur de l'entrée de l'hôtel s'entendent jusqu'à tard dans la nuit depuis les chambres (pourtant en étage élevé) et vous savez tout ce que font vos voisins de chambre tant l'isolation phonique est mauvaise. Quel dommage car le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont belles et propres mais les bruits extérieurs, les bruits des canalisations et les bruits des voisins de chambre rendent le séjour désagréable alors que tout le reste est au niveau.

Lousy service. No real welcome, no info about parking, wifi or breakfast. We had to pull out of there brains. No soap in the bathroom. Just shower gel and shampoo. And that in Covid times. We had to buy soap. Also service was friendly but we had to beg for a can of hot water. After long discussion they brought it to the room. Very timid experience. Carpet a bit smelly in the room

The hotel was clean and nice, it’s just the administration that was an issue, they requested a deposit of 100 Euros and still haven’t refunded it.

This was a small, stuffy room above a smoky casino. Fortunately, we were only there for the night.

Excellent location right at the airport and train station. Good quality room for the price. Wi-fi worked ok. Breakfast at hotel overpriced but could get it at shop right outside of hotel.

Hotel Spa Pasino is a large hotel in central Le Havre. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel it self looks slightly futuristic but with a dated reception area. parking just outside the hotel was very convenient and the hotel staff spoke English. It’s located close to the food market and to a wide choice of local cuisine.

Not 4 star, noisy, drunks from casino, which shares reception area, were delaying check in

We didn't sleep well due to noise from the street and light pollution. Staff assured us the room was double glazed, but not convinced. The curtain didn't stretch across the full length of the window, this allowed in light from the hotel's flood lit windows. The hotel staff are nice, and we enjoyed the spa facilities, but the fabric of the hotel felt tired, it needs upgrading.

Chose the spa because of the pool and workout area. Indoor Pool was warm and had many different areas to try out. Outdoor pool is very nice and not crowded. Check-in and out was easy, parking was close by. Scenic area. Recommend this hotel.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. Breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. The fitness room is small, but there is a nice pool and hot tub. Good location for restaurants nearby.

This hotel has lots of facilities and it is good that the gym, spa, swimming pool and sauna are all in one block. We enjoyed our stay.

We, 2 adults & 2 children (both under 5yrs old), stayed at the hotel on our way to Deauville. We arrived very late at night (past midnight) & it was an absolute pleasure to walk into the room. Spacious, clean & very well furnished. We had a great night's sleep & our request the following morning for a late check out (until 2pm) was granted without any issues. The staff were also very pleasant & helpful. To top it off, the cost of the hotel was very reasonable (£95/night). Highly recommended.

We have just returned from 3 nights at the Hotel Pasino in Le Havre and were really impressed with the hotel. The city centre location was great. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped and right next to the spa which had a small pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The staff were exceedingly polite, friendly and helpful. We had a problem accessing the free wifi which they sorted out immediately. The breakfast was good but a bit on the expensive side at 16 euros per person. The hotel has a car park but it is quite open with only a barrier at the entrance. It was fun having the casino in the entrance hall as it meant it was always lively. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would use the Hotel Pasino next time we go to Le Havre.

I booked this hotel because of the high review from the TripAdvisor since it is listed as one of the best hotel for spa and relaxation. However, I was very disappointed to find out that there is nothing special about this hotel. There are only 45 rooms in this hotel which are all on the 3rd floor. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are very small and also located on the 3rd floor surrounded by the rooms. The room we stayed which is one of the 5 suites doesn't provide any tea, only 4 capsules of coffee for the machine which they didn't top up on the second day. The food in the restaurant (brasserie) on the ground floor is nothing special, only the desserts were nice. For the same price (19.90 Euro for 3 courses), you can get something much better nearby. I don't recommend staying at this hotel for spa and relaxation, especially if you have to drive far away from the UK, definitely is not worth the time and effort.

Hotels rooms are on the 3rd floor - above a casino and meeting areas. Rooms are set on the outside of the building - and all open into the Spa area - so if you would like a swim or a treatment then everything is extremely well laid out. Rooms themselves are very comfortable - perhaps recently renovated since we could still smell paint (Sept 2011) We didn't eat the breakfast - but did have supper on the evening we arrived: it was more than acceptable and reasonable value for money. Parking is not secure - it is virtually on the road in front of the hotel. All in all this is a great value for money hotel which we would use again for a 1-2 night stay in Le Havre.

Hôtel très agréable, spa, salle de gym etc... de toute évidence très complet (pas de réelle nécessité d'en sortir), très bien pour un week end.

Très bon acceuil, personnel charmant, manque la vue sur mer, et c est le top. Un peu bruyant la nuit, avec la sortie du casino.
