Our stay for 7 days was excellent. Everyone was friendly. Nice quiet time. Did not get to try breakfast as we sleep in on our trips. Room was nice. Cody and comfy!! Would definitely recommend

This was my 2nd time at the hotel. First time was a great experience but this time, there were problems with the room from the refrigerator not working to the shower not working, light bulbs out in overhead lighting even down to the TV remote not working. Needless to say, I was very disappointed coming off a high from my first experience. The hotel was accommodating and gave me a new room for my 2nd night stay. My new room was much better, reminiscent of my first visit at the hotel. My overall poor rating is because it is important to quality check the rooms before selling them to ensure that things are working properly.

Location was good for touring Napa vineyards. And the room was a good set-up for couples. Two bedroom/two bath with a kitchenette.
Beds were comfortable and the breakfast bar was the average complimentary breakfast with muffins, cold cereal, waffles, and two hot dishes.
Although location was good, the room were in disrepair.
The curtain sheers had rips, the blackout curtains had holes, the bathtub faucet was a bare pipe coming out of the wall, there were cobwebs on walls, the horn strobe was missing the "strobe" and one of the smoke alarms that had been tampered with (covered in plastic with a credit card inserted between smoke alarm and ceiling.) Staff unresponsive to smoke alarm concern until 2nd complaint was made.
The hot tub was closed for the entire stay.

Overall, the stay was okay. Room was dusty and outdated. Bathroom ceiling was leaking water from upstairs. Volume on tv was not working on arrival. Breakfast was okay and basic fare. Bed was comfortable.

I reserved a two bedroom suite with two beds, however when I checked in my reservation was for two beds in one room. The hotel manager said Expedia automatically changes people’s reservation if they select two bedrooms and that if you really want the two bedroom suite, you have to select that you want three bedrooms. Luckily they had an extra room and were able to accommodate with the room we wanted. I will never use Expedia again though.

Room that was booked for family of 7 was changed into 2 separate rooms due to A/C problems, 1 of the separate rooms given had A/C problems as well. Had to get a fan from housekeepers. Outside of A/C issues, the rooms were good. Breakfast and snacks provided were good.

Cons: pool out of commission during our stay, no hangers in closet, asked for clean towels several times, outdoor card readers didn’t work.

Pool was closed, once it opened it still looked cloudy and had foam. I did not want my kids to go in. We were there for 3 nights and the maids did not come in once. The breakfast was good, and the they offered small plates in the evening on Tuesday and Wednesday night.

No extra anything, could not even get fresh towels the whole week. They only clean once a week and if requested. Sink in bathroom was slow to empty. Trash would be left in hall most the day.

We had a suite with a sofa bed and the mattress was missing. We had to ask for it at the front desk and we had to go to the 2nd floor and bring the mattress to the room ourselves. The floors are not vacuumed throughly my little picked up some leftover cat kibble.

The rooms/suites are well equipped and roomy. The breakfast is good and trys to have some new item every day. Outside courtyard is usefull and comfortable.
