It’s an old facility. It well kept. My mother stayed here for her business trips. I must say that breakfast was horrible.. It was just terrible. No other words! Cold, no variety, just bad

This hotel is very old and unkept. The door was bent looked like someone once tried kicking it in. Heard the laundry lay into the night. Felt a bit unsafe. Smelled old and musty.

The room was comfortable, especially the king bed. I'm not confident that the linens were changed at all during my stay. I left the room every morning around 8am and returned around 6pm so I was not there during housekeeping. I did stop at the front desk and ask why my used towels were removed but no new towels replaced. By the end of the week I had no towels. Sink was never wiped clean. I did not make much trash but the tissues and empty toilet paper roll was not removed. No toilet paper was replenished - after a week I was down to a partial roll. There is a metal rack in the bathtub/shower area that is there for holding soap - at least that's why I presume it's for. The first night I took a shower and slipped a bit in the tub so I reached to steady myself by grabbing the corner rack/shelf. It was very sharp and I cut myself - you may want to reconsider that rack/shelf :(
On a positive note, I was pleased to be able to log on to your guest computer to print out a document that I needed while I was up there in Huntsville.
THe continental breakfast was not that awesome, but I suppose it was better than nothing. I found your staff hanging out in the back of the office building one morning instead of the desk clerk being at the desk to answer questions and replenish the few breakfast items.
Will I stay there again? Maybe. I need to be up in Huntsville again next month. Honestly, I will probably look at other hotel options but may end up there. Who knows.

It’s a great property/room for that $77 price! Spacious room, clean and the bed is nice. It includes a microwave and fridge that I didn’t use but glad it was there. The only thing broken was the toilet seat.

The phone in the room didn't work. The did fix the phone the second day though. There were gaps in the door that allowed bug to come in. The fridge and room was overall not clean. The pool was full of dead skin and bugs.

Convenient because it's very near a lot of fast food places and a couple grocery stores are just down the road. Even though it's right by the highway and feeder road, it was still very quiet. The complementary breakfast was the only thing I'd give 3 stars. There was no protein available, everything was a bread option. But overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly clerk checked us in, very nice. Room was great, needed an accessible room and it had a shower chair, grab bars, set up great. Kids enjoyed the pool, loved the removable shower head. .

The hotel is being upgraded, and has great upgrades to the rooms; flooring, fresh paint.
Cleanliness needed some work. There was obvious blood splatter on the wall and inside door of the bathroom.
Also, we were in town for a wedding keeping a very busy schedule, stayed Friday and Saturday nights and were rudely awakem by housekeeping each morning and I still have no idea what they were asking us (in Spanish). Very unnecessary.

Our room was extremely clean & up to date. It was stocked with the necessities & air conditioning was on already. The pillows were so comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Definitely recommend this motel.

The facility was clean and well kept with plenty of space. Our only small complaint is the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, but the humidity was very high while we were there so I assume all units struggled

The pictures and description on Expedia are misleading. This is an old motel that was rehabed - the vinyl plank flooring and new tub gave it a slightly updated feel. The real disappointment was the breakfast - no protein (except on the weekends I was told). Almost all simple carbs - nothing to eat for anyone on a low carb diet or with diabetes. On the positive note, the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about the limited breakfast. After arriving, we stayed ONLY because of the proximity to our event. Especially for the price they charge, I expected MUCH better.

Everything was fine, the only problem, the room smelled a little like pee, kinda like kids diaper pee. I couldn't really tell if it was maybe the cleaning solution or if maybe a child had peed the bed, and it wasn't completely cleaned. I would have changed rooms but we were just exhausted
