I booked the property making sure I read everything carefully. Once booked I received a message asking me when I will arrive then asking for information such as ID and card information. I did not get anything else after. When the day come around 8:30 pm we arrived the place and was told they could not accept anyone under 21. I was left to find a hotel last minute. Luckily I was able to find one. Since they were able to cancel my reservation with my ID I wish they would have told me in advance I was not able to because of age.

Wish we could have jumped right into the pool! Nice front desk staff and overall was a good value. Sheetrock behind the toilet needs to be replaced or painted but this worked very well for us for a one night stay!

The property is being remodeled that was not posted on the site when we booked. It was clean it was nice but the water in the sink in the bathroom barely ran. We had to ask them and they flipped a switch in the office to turn on the air conditioner. The bed was great the TV was good the room was clean . The continental breakfast was the usual we would probably stay there again.

This hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Loved the Texas-shaped waffles for breakfast! The small pool was very clean and there were several people enjoying it! Our stay was 2nites - the second day housekeeping came - they didn't change sheets or replace toiletries but they did make the bed, replace the towels, and empty the trash cans. Our only complaint is that the bath towels, though pretty new looking, are so thin and small.

Check in was not that good, the desk service person threw my credit card into the bin a bit aggressively, not sure why, but took me by surprise. Especially since it was 6 pm and we patiently waited for our room to be ready. We had family there in another room so it wasn't a big deal. Then neither of our room keys worked. We had to go back to the desk for new ones. The bathroom door didn't lock and we chad to getba light bulb as there wasn't one on one of thr lamps. Housekeeping cleaned our room and never came back with our towels so we had to get them in the morning. Finally there were 2 occasions where outside bugs somehow got inside into the bathroom, thankfully my husband got them. None of this is a huge deal just aggravating. We stayed here before and everything was fine, it just didn't work out this time

Room is awesome, love the tile floor in the hall way the beds are tall and comfortable. We checked in quick and parking area small so no trailer if you have one hitched to a truck. Not going to say anything on the person who check me in, I do pray they have better days ahead.

This place deserves zero stars! I booked and prepaid through Wyndham website. After driving 13 hours with my children. I go to check in. The guy at the desk the runs the hotel said, “I need you to cancel your reservation you booked online and book and pay directly through me.” I said, no. He said, then I will cancel your reservation and was very hateful. After he canceled my reservation. I called Wyndham corporate office and reached the lady who said she shows my reservation and prepayment and that the hotel canceled my reservation. She apologized for the local guys behavior and opened a case for management. I travel all over the world and have never seen such appalling behavior. I had to find another hotel at 9:30 at night with my kids. We went to Fairfield Inn & Suites which was amazing! So unless you want to be stranded and deal with hateful people, skip this place.

My only issue, was that I checked in at 12:30am. The a/c in the room was off and I had no clue it would take so long to cool down. Got tired of waiting after 2 hours and just went to sleep. Was much cooler when I woke up.
