I came for a concert and just needed a clean place to sleep. This was well worth it. It was clean and quiet. It’s an older place so nothing fancy but I’d stay there again.

We came to Lubbock due to a family emergency. We needed to be near to the hospital. It's two minute drive to Covenant Hospital. The check-in was seamless. The staff has been incredibly friendly. The hotel is an older building but its quaint. Extremely clean. Bathroom is large. Has microwave, fridge, bar sink, furnishings are standard. The beds are rather small. Not comfortable for 2 people to sleep in one. Not bad for the price of the stay. I like the affordability to stay close to the hospital.

I would stay again, if needed. Very kind people at the front desk, room is clean, and for the most part it stays quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast too! The hotel is a little outdated, but you can tell they do their best to upkeep the property.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean & comfy. Breakfast was simple and nice. Choice of 4 juices, coffee, tea bags. Choice of apples or bananas. Voice of oatmeal, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal & milk, cream cheese, butter, & maple syrup.

Clean, quiet and affordable. That’s all I was looking for and that’s all I got.

The place is tricky to find. Had to rely on Siri to get us there. I had asked for a handicapped room and was finally given a room across from the elevator. The room had the amenities needed like refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The room smelled clean. Smelled like bleach. The AC worked great, the beds were not for a handicapped person as they were high off the ground. There was a ceiling fan with a short cord that turned the light on and off but the fan did not work. There was no hot water coming out from the tub/shower so had to take a lukewarm shower that wasn't pleasant. Didn't eat anything for breakfast as had a procedure at the hospital so can't comment on the food. The only reason I picked Guest House was it's location to the hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful to giving directions to restaurants for dinner and changing our room to a handicapped room.

My room on second floor was clean and quiet . Includes breakfast . Saw some sketch folks but always do in my price range . Staff great ,some well lit indoor parking . Felt safe enough . Great value.

The sheets were clean but that was about the only thing that was. We had two rooms the furniture in both had stains all over them. There was splatter on the bathroom walls. The beds were not comfortable. The halls smelled like old smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel.

Check in was easy. Clean and quiet place for my dog and I. Breakfast and coffee 👍 Checkout was just as easy.

When I arrived and checked-in, honestly I was nervous. Thankfully I got there around 9pm and I was able to find parking (I saw people struggling to park later). While the colors were dated and it was obviously an older property, I was surprised overall. My room was cold (which I like) and clean and comfortable. Nothing special, but nothing bad. The hair dryer was broken, so another was sitting on the counter. The TV worked great. It had a larger fridge (not small, but not full size). I was simply there to sleep, so I didn't check out anything else. The breakfast for me wasn't worth eating.

I enjoyed my stay there i was warned of the area but i found it safe and peaceful. Had a great time there.

Was actually a very pleasant stay. The air conditioner was working great and I was very impressed with the water pressure; freaking awesome!! The room was very well renovated and clean. Good stay for the price!

Cleaner hotel than others ive stayed

I have stayed at this property several times while passing thru Lubbock and it works for me mainly because the price is reasonable. It has the basic amenities needed for a quick stop over and good night sleep.

Everything was good, except for breakfast, I was expecting more, like eggs,bacon,sausage and hashbrown.

Check in waa easy. Service was great. Had an issue with the tv and it was promptly taken care of. Room was clean. Now, other ppl complain about the smallest things. Not everything is perfect. For me and my family, it worked out fine. However, this place is very dated. Almost everything needs an upgrade. Not that any of it was terrible. Like i said, my stay was fine. But be warned, if you like to complain about little things, dont stay here. If you dont mind dated things and a comfortable stay, by all means this place is ok.

I liked that is was very clean and I enjoyed the quietness.
