Nice rooms! Very large rooms with two bedrooms is great for a family. Full kitchen. Loved this hotel

Was not informed that they were under construction. So that meant no pool, gym, or spa for kids( main reason for booking there 😔) Staff was hirrible especially mangaer Rosalina no help or anything to satisfy a cxxustomee who was not happy. Stove didnt wirek. No pots ir silverware. No sapinge or soap which all if suites that have kitchens usually comes with. No mattress in pull out couch in living room wqhwre my saon wass sleeping. My son couldnt hook up his game system to tv. None of them. One if the bedrrom had no tv. Nothing like pictures at all!!!. Only good thing was right across wasfamily fun places and food options all walkable. Everything else sucked. Do not recommend. Pay extra for the better hotels

Worst hotel experience ever. Owner promised a refund but I had to go through my bank and show proof of the promise in order to get it. The hotel had a great view of better hotels and conex boxes. No hot breakfast as advertised.

Horrible place to stay especially if you have children . Every floor is dirty and full of trash and smells like mariuana , there are stains all over the curtains and couches there was a roach in the bathtub . They people living in there have no respect for the people who travel to stay . Don’t do it

Very scummy. Smelled like body oder and mildew. Heater did not work. It’s a homeless shelter for the county. Keep looking elsewhere.

Booked just for the indoor pool and hot tub and both were closed for renovations. Wasn't even there for an hour but couldn't get a refund according to the desk host.

Do not stay here! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my 32 years of living and that says a lot considering how many last minute rocky point trips I make. The hotel was filthy. There was a poop stain with flaky poop in the bed the front desk had to give me all new blankets.there was long women’s hair in the “clean” bed. The floor was filthy to the point where my sandals were sticking to the carpet. There were food crumbs all over the floor. The wood box that the bed sits in was filled with dirt and little bugs and to top it off both nights we stayed there was water pouring from our bathroom vent on to the bath room floor. Also the pool was dirty and of course they don’t offer free breakfast even though it’s advertised on their website and through booking.

Dirty very uncomfortable most of all dirty and unprofessional

The staff was very nice and kind. When we arrived the desk clerk was very friendly and she was watching Christian music videos on the lobby tv. I really appreciated that. The facility was adequate. The noise went on most all night. There were questionable clientell coming and going at all hours and a lot of questionable activity outside as well. We did not feel safe or comfortable and left early the next morning. I feel like the positive reviews were less than honest.

Carpets were dirty! Looked like mustard stains! Facilities smelt of weed!

The front desk staff is rude. The hotel had 3 front desk attendants and 1 housekeeper for the rooms. The place itself is in the middle of renovation due to water damage. So the are working on both during the day. The stopped early enough to get a good night's sleep. The room itself is nice. Lots of room. Looks more like a small 1 bedroom apartment, which is great. Bed is super comfy. Room was cleaned well.

Very dirty bad area

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!! This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at! I booked it mainly for the indoor jacuzzi and pool and when i got there, it looked like 100 dogs were bathed in them! The elevator took a long time every time to get to and from my room and the lobby (at least 5 minutes). It was also scary looking inside. I couldn't help but wonder if I'd even make it, get stuck in it, or worse, plummet to the floor. I wouldve taken the stairs but my bags were heavy. When i got to the 3rd floor there was trash piled up on top of the trash cans and next to it and it smelled. Upon finding my room, the dog in the next room greeted me with a few loud vicious barks through the door. Then, as i unlocked my door, the very unpleasant smell of i dont even know what, slapped me in the face. The bed had cigarette burns in the comfortor which was a nonsmoking room (they made me sign a waiver saying i wouldnt smoke cigarettes, weed or vape or id be charged a cleaning fee of a few hundred dollars) and the mattress was rock hard. The smoke alarm was covered with a bag. Almost every part of the room needed some type of repair. I had initially complained about the cigarette burns in the bed because i didnt want an extra charge when i didnt do it. The lady "noted it" and that was it. I felt like she really didnt care so i didnt even bring up any of my other complaints, as it was the last available room in my city on a holiday weekend. IT WAS AWFUL!! DONT DO IT!

Person who checked us in was not welcoming. They were remodeling at the time but it didn’t negatively affect our stay. Dish in the microwave was dirty but the room was fairly clean.

This hotel needs renovations, is dirty, it stinks, light fixtures in the room didn’t work, there was no toilet paper and trash can on the bathroom…HORRIBLE!

The hotel is older and has water damage but who doesn’t after all that crazy rain. Room was clean and check in and out was great. Pool was cold but clean, and hot tub was in good order

This hotel needs a lot of work inside, lots of water damage on the ceiling and inside the rooms. It was ok for one night.

The room was advertised as “accessible,” but there was nothing to help with my handicapped father’s needs, such as stability bars or a step in shower. At least half of the light fixtures didn’t work. While the facility has many signs about no smoking, the elevator smelled like smoke and one of the cushions on the couch had a spot that looked like a burned area. The best thing about this property was the staff, which was helpful and friendly.

The room was dirty and would sit on the couch it was gross and the neighbors wouldn’t be quiet all night with music and the room smelled like cigarettes.

FLOODED NO Water for 24 hours smell was horrible

We didn't stay at hotel due to the roaches on bed and in restroom. Had to find new accommodations in a different hotel.
