Very friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast! Comfortable beds too. My kids loved the indoor pool.

This hotel is very old and a little tired. Service was very good just needs a refresh.

The front desk manager was AMAZING! We were able to check in a little early and they were so incredibly accomodating. I was thrilled with their kindness and customer service. The breakfast was also delicious both days!

Excellent! Well kept, clean and comfy bed.
Breakfast was very tasty too. Real fried eggs, sausage and tater tots. Plus the usual side dishes, fruit yogurt etc.
Recommended.
I stayed at a Best Western the night before and it was a
dismal failure on all counts.

It was great experience and it was in a good location. Walking distance for some restaurants but only issuse was the tv. Cable or service was having trouble.

We had a comfortable room other than a few bugs on the wall when we walked into the room and also in the bathtub. We were given incorrect information about the breakfast time from the desk worker. She gave us the times for the weekend instead of weekday times so we missed most of breakfast. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy.

Shower water was all over outside of bath tub, patches all over wall from water damage, bed was hard, not comfortable at all.

I reserved a room for my family of 4. The couch looked like it had remnants of vomit down the side of it when we pulled the foldout bed out for my child. The room only came with 2 towels when it's advertised as a room for 4 people. Minor inconvenience. We had no hot water while showering after going to the pool. Finally made a call and got that fixed. The hot tub was down which was bummer because my kids wanted to swim most of the day. The staff were helpful but it was more of a hassle having to get help more frequently than I have in past stays. We stay in the st. George area a lot and we're looking for a good hotel to use more frequently.

What a great hotel. The staff were great, the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great too. After a month on the road, this was the best hotel we've stayed at.

It was a below average stay - but doable for a bed just passing through town. Lots of dinged up walls. The carpet was really dirty. My feet were black by the next morning. But the bed was comfortable and did its job.

I would rate this a five star but the paint from the walls where peeling and my duather found a cockroach on the desk the bed sheets were also stained but I bought my own blanket so didn't matter to much so I would give it a 3 and a half star

Check in was great. It was quick and easy. She was very friendly. The room is decent, just not quite clean. There was hair on the tub and floor in the bathroom. I also found a stray ibuprofen on the floor by the desk.

Great stay. Kind staff. Property is quiet and nice. Only thing to mention is the lack of blackout curtains and the door wasn’t attached to the hinges properly so there were chances of seeing inside. Despite the little things we enjoyed our stay

I had to leave my stay early due to an emergency. The staff was willing to work with me and made everything convenient for my departure.
I have no idea about the other reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectations. It smelled very clean up arrival and my room was nothing like the bad reviews- Very clean and nice.
The breakfast was perfect, I'm not sure what others expect but it was the usual free breakfast-eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, begals, cream cheese, yogurt, etc. Very good as well.

Staff did the best they could, but TV did not work, coffee pot did not work, rooms definitely need some updating and attention. Access to rooms was a bit awkward. Would not stay again unless other hotels are full.

Took a long time to check in. Had to finally say something to the manager. Room was very hot. Air had not been turned on. We turned on the air conditioner and it rattled so loud we couldn’t sleep.
Free breakfast was the only positive.
