They did inform me before I got there that all amenities were closed

We had a few problems at the arrival! Key was not opening the door and room with no good view from the window to outside! I know we are facing a global pandemic, but I didn’t like the way they served breakfast (we couldn’t get what we want, they served us)! The problem with the room and view was fixed right away with a better room, the problem with the key was also solved! The location was nice, it was just across the street from RUA TORRA and walking distance from main streets! They charge from BRL 30 to 35 for parking!

Grabriel was really good and attentive. He help us , on all of our questions , Told us about very cool places to try it out . Great Job Gabriel .

People were very friendly!!! Victor bartender/waiter at the steak and Italian restaurant was so nice to us!! Always had a smile on his face and great customer service!!

We enjoyed the restaurants, bar, and the indoor swimming pool. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We slept great!

Nice, peaceful, beautiful place and have a good location...

Nice hotel, extremely comfortable bed and sheets, spacious room and bathroom. Nice staff and a very good breakfast included. The only down point is the garage service, now managed by a third part company, which charges you an extra R$25 to R$30/day and takes like 10 to 15 minutes to pick up your car every time.

We wished to have a honeymoon experience during the weekend at Wish Serrano. The whole atmosphere of Gramado and the hotel was really extraordinary. Unfortunately , the promised king size bed was, in fact, two single beds. The gap between the mattresses was very uncomfortable and, honestly, the Wish provided us a bad experience. .

Overall the resort is nice quality. Room was OK but not at 4 Star US level. good service at the front desk and morning buffet. The major issue came during dinner at their casual restaurant. I ordered 1/2 bottle of red wine from a respectable vineyard. When it was opened it clear that it had gone bad. Air had leaked into the bottle past the cork and made the wine smell like horse manure. It was totally and positively awful... I mentioned it to our waiter who then sent over another supervisor. We explained that the wine was bad but he simply explained that they do not accept returns and would not replace or refund our money. He didnt even want to test it himself. It said it was hotel policy that I pay for it even if I didnt like it. In my extensive travels around the world it is common to have an occasional spoiled bad bottle of wine due to the cork. There are typically between 5-6% of corked wines go bad if they are not stored properly. Its not a big deal...simply get me another one that is good. In the past the restaurants have been very apologetic and quickly replaced it. For the Wish Serrano hotel to charge me and act like it was my fault is not acceptable.

Good hotel but had to change rooms because you can hear alot of noise through walls. Hotel would only change to same category room. Made us feel like we werent a good customer just one getting a cheaper room even though rooms were expensive

This hotel is beautiful and very well located. Staff is very polite and they're always willing to help.
