The third-floor smelled like a medicinal marijuana clinic… The elevator with go to the third floor in a timely manner… Absolutely on At least three occasions would not go down… So obviously demanded I’ll be checked back out immediately and I’m awaiting a refund. The front desk staff did her absolute best to accommodate my needs But conditions of facility prevented her from doing that.

GERALDINE, the front desk staff person, is incredible! She is kind, helpful, attentive to details, and pleasant. She even dealt patiently with some messy guests. She made our stay a good experience! Well done!

One of the front desk staffs was very rude and kept teasing on my English accent. She was able to under me but was very rude and treated me like mud there.

After checking in and going to our room we discovered we did not receive the room we prepaid for and was told that our room was mistakenly given to someone else and if we would stay in the room for one night, it would be corrected the following night but after trying to stay in the room, we discovered the AC did not work, a portable fan was brought down to the room but did not cool it off. We ended up moving to a different hotel and getting a full refund not a good experience at all.

The hotel met our needs as far as a room and comfortable beds. The TV never worked. The front desk said it was due to the weather, but we were there 4 days and I suspect it is more their Direct TV package than the weather as many stations were never available to watch. Housekeeping skipped us on day 2. Breakfast is good with sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and more. AC was good and cold. Front desk was very helpful.

Nice facility and friendly staff.

Terrible condition of the room. Bathtub was rusty, bathroom floor was dirty. Room was smelling. Tv channels were not working.

I visit pearland Texas once sometimes twice a year. My stay wasn’t like it used to be. The hot tub/ jacuzzi was full of dirty water. The swimming pool kept getting wild life in it. One day a snake was in the pool and the next day it was a lizzard. The bathroom toilet leaked water. The telephone in the room didn’t work unless you were talking on speaker. And the television was useless because it was stuck on one channel which was CNN. So basically I couldn’t watch television.

I’ve stayed here many times and will many more

The tube in my room should be changed out. I didn’t know a tub can get that way. I stayed on the second floor and wouldn’t do that again. I heard a big dog barking, folks above me must have been vampires they walked and make noise all night. When I finally dozed off, I was woken up by some good old gospel music - they were having church downstairs in the on the conference area. However, it would be a great idea for the hotel to sale travel packs over-the-counter medicine such as Tylenol & etc. The staff were wonderful, friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile! Staff keep up the good work! I would stay here again, but it will be on the 3rd floor on the end.

Look like motel terrible is really dirty and I safety hotel and area a lot pf homeless. Im really scare this is the reason why i dont stay

Great service

The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower didn’t work great and the toilet would hang if you didn’t mess with the handle. The breakfast was great with a huge selection. The area was kind of questionable. The ac control on the wall was broke and the words were wore off the unit so it was a guess of the settings.

Do not stay here. I slept on a mattress that had to be from the 80s see pic

A C or Heater wasn’t working no toilet paper and Rob was clogged I was the only person that showered, my sister wasn’t able too shower. I’ve stayed at this hotel for 3 years but this is ridiculous don’t think I’m coming back first pic and lady was taken 20 minutes later

I had a room with my children with big rust spots all around the bath tub i asked for a different room same issue…also the rooms also had knats flying all around carpets were dirty and sticky

I travel a lot for work in the Houston area and this is my go to hotel in a nice and safe area with no worries about personal property being stolen always stay in this hotel

Room cards didn't work. Had to change room amd still didn't work. Tub had rust. Holes in shower curtain, no hangers in closet, etc...

Listen to the reviews. 1st room sheets had stains on them, the room smelled like urine, rust in the tub, 2nd room rust in tub as well, had thermostat in the room but didn’t work had to use the unit, rooms were on the 2nd floor and the moment you stepped off the elevator a horrible smell hit your nose. Plug-in were in the hall to try and mask the smell but didn’t work. 2nd floor was suppose to have vending and ice machine, no vending machine and ice machine didn’t work. It was a horrible experience but was going to lose money to find another hotel

This property is in bad shape and lack signs of basic maintenance. Would not stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL‼️ Keep scrolling . There are way better budget friendly hotels than this one. I checked in very late at night. Front desk staff were nice and professional and that is about the best comment I can give this place…the staff. After receiving the Keys to my room I was escorted to a room on the second floor which WREAKED OF PET URINE. The carpet smelled like it hadn’t been shampoo’d ever and the stench was so bad I couldn’t even stay in the room. I went downstairs and asked the staff to relocate me to another room thinking this might’ve been an isolated event and was taken to another room on the first floor which also smelled like cat or dog piss‼️ It was horrible. But by it being so late and I was extremely tired I went back to the first room and decided to stay. I was nauseous all night. I couldn’t sleep for the noise above me coupled with the horrible smell. I had a spray can of air freshener that I always travel with just in case and that couldn’t help the smell at all. Honestly I wish the owners of these hotels would start getting the carpet cleaned more regularly or pull it up for GODs sake. Old carpet , pet urine, dirt, and people smoking does not mix . I will NEVER EVER book this hotel again and if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either ‼️

I change rooms five times because every shower had rust and nasty black stuff in the tubs and it was just hard to take a shower. I had to go buy shower shoes just to take a shower.
