The Hampton Inn & Suites of CDA was very comfortable. We had a king room, and it was nice to see a slightly different arrangement than the "standard" hotel room arrangement. Even though our room faced the parking lot and we could see I-90 in the distance, it was super quiet; the room-darkening blinds were an added bonus. The desk attendant at check-in was very friendly and made our late evening arrival a breeze. Located just a little over 1 block from the Spokane River and some nice eateries, it's a nice location. Would stay here again!

Really bad follow up from Hotels.com. I thought we reserved a king room with balcony, but were checked in to a basic standard with minimal furniture and when I tried to upgrade this had to be done through Hotels.com and contacting you by phone is almost impossible. When we eventually got hold of a representative the next day a call was made to the hotel and they claimed the upgrade rooms were sold out, which was clearly not the case and it appears that any minor added cost could not be agreed upon. So we stayed 3 days in an inferior room for which I paid over $200 per day. This was not a good experience and I doubt that I will use Hotels.com or stay at this hotel again.

Our family loved the location of the hotel! It was within a few short steps of the river and floating dock that we walked on and watched all the hustle and bustle of the boats headed to the lake. There are also several eating options for breakfast, lunch and dinner all around the hotel. The kids loved the included breakfast and pool. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I like to work out center and the ability to do our own laundry.
Most of all we are impressed with the complementary breakfast that is served at this facility There are and incredible variety of alternating food choices served each day. The fact that they serve breakfast until 10 AM is very thoughtful.
Housekeeping services are great and check out at noon is also a plus!!

We have stayed here on many occasions, it is very clean and well maintained. The people that come there are very nice and respectful of each other's needs like quiet in the evenings. The staff at the front desk and actually every where acknowledge you and greet you pleasantly and all ask if there is anything you need.

We jave stayed at Hampton inns across the country, and do so because of the comfortable beds. We almost always book with a pull out couch as our son sleeps on that. The King mattress was scooped out and very uncomfortable, both my wifes and my backs hurt. The pull out sofa had springs at the surface of tha matterss. Our son had to sleep sideways. Very disappointed. I even requested a new pull out matress and was told that they do not do that.

The bed was lumpy and hard.
