The front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was so clean and didn’t have a stale or old smoke smell. Food and coffee are close but they have snacks at the hotel as well.

Our checkin person was so nice! Our room was super clean feeling, the beds were comfortable, and bathroom was very large! Loved this hotel for a quick stop to rest midway to our destination! Wish we had arrived sooner to try out the cool food trucks just down the road!

The facility was in a bit of renovation mode. The rooms are clean and big, but there appeared to be some longer term folks staying which made it a bit noisy. Overall decent value.

We are so happy and satisfied with everything! The staff was so amazing, kind and friendly. From checking in with Patty, the services of the staff, Monica, Lupe in the kitchen, Jorge doing maintenance, and Maria checking out…. We are forgetting all the other staff names and wish I would have gotten all of their names. I can say that our stay was perfect because everything in the room was and so was the staff! I am very happy with our stay!

The pool was closed! We booked this for the pool for our grand children. They could update the web site!!!! More people showed up for the same reason..

I just wish I could have known they were going through a renovation. Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The noise was kept at a minimum, but the pool was not open and it was one of the main reasons we booked. Also, the ac would not get the room cold enough.

This hotel had the best spread of deliciousness at breakfast, including regular yogurt without additives, a new pancake machine and a delightful helpful woman working the buffet. The room was fine, except for too little light, and only one chair.

Apon arrival a party was being held on the lounge at 10 pm at night blasting music up through my room on top of the party. Get to room and the curtains won’t close so in the morning I don’t get any sleep due to the amount of light and then find out their is another persons food still in the cupboard half eaten still sitting on a plate. When brought up to customer service they refuse any reimbursement stating I have to be a member to be given compensation

We always stay here when visiting family, however this time our bathroom door did not close properly, the pool which is usually relaxing was filled with at least 50 kids without supervision. While trying to sleep kids were running up & down the hallways banging on the walls more than likely again without supervision. We called the front desk and thankfully the noise was stopped within minutes. At 2:23 am the entire cover of the air/heater fell off, it was difficult to sleep after that. When the manager at the front desk was told about the issues while checking out we were told we would be given additional points to our IGH account for the inconvenience but did never did it. I don’t think we will be returning.

Receptionist were very polite and friendly. Night was quiet even being close to the freeway. Room was comfortable size and very clean. House service daily so it was nice to get fresh clean towels daily. Beds where comfortable. Indoor pool was clean very much enjoyed it while it was raining, did not have have that trapped inside chlorine smell either. I was quiet surprise for a off the freeway exit hotel it held a high standard. The employees need to be recognized there.

I've stayed her numerous times. The particular room I got this visit had a terrible shower situation. Specifically, the water spilled all the way into the bathroom due to poor engineering of the ADA accessible shower. It was a wet mess. Room 115.
