I am pretty low key, but the ice machine in my building wasn’t working most of the time. I had to go to another building. When I asked for maid service they didn’t leave any made the bed, but didn’t leave any shampoo or conditioner.

Check-in was friendly and fast, with smiling faces. Room had been redone with vinyl plank flooring, which really makes it feel cleaner and mor updated.
Though there was a coffee pot, no coffee supplies were present. Other than that, all was very easy and comfortable.

Our stay was amazing. Very nice hotel. The grounds were very well kept and the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Outside of the hotel looked good, Christmas decorations were up and very festive. Room was worn, bed covers had loose strands, light shade was cracked, heater did not work. Breakfast did not start till 7.00am. This was a Friday.

Not so good they have i believe there laundry equipment either above or next to my room VERY LOUD and I was unable to sleep. This LOUD noise goes all night I had to put ear plugs in to get sum sleep! Everything is great about that hotel but I will not be back.

This place is dated and in need of serious updates. The beds and bedding in need of replacement. Need to make sure to wash the decorative piece on the bed, it had visible crust of some sort. The breakfast was decent, need healthier options than sugary cereal and preservative sugar filled danish and such. The hard boiled egg (prefer warm over cold) was great, bananas, and yogurt. The pool and hot tub were a plus just too much chlorine to enjoy.

Laguna Hills Lodge offers a lot of amenities for the price. We use the outdoor pool, which was warm enough for swimming in November, as well as the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast was small but sufficient with cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, toast and drinks. The hotel is waking distance to many restaurants and stores and is right off the 5 freeway.

This has always been a solid choice in the area. Affordable, clean and very well located. It’s still all of those but the facility is aging and is in real need of an update.

We stay here once a year for a week. It’s the perfect location for us because we are visiting family in Laguna Woods. We love that the place serves continental breakfast. It’s also very reasonably priced for the area and in a safe location and close enough to beaches and attractions.

The hotel is nice and very clean and well kept. The gardens all around are very clean and immaculate. The Mariposa room where breakfast is served is very clean as week. There is a Total Wine and a Chick Fil A in the same parking lot. BJ restaurant, Raising Canes, and In and Out burger is across the street. Laundry area is very clean and has a detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Everything is 1.50 each and the office has quarters to change out to buy and use machines. Overall a very great stay. I booked for a week.

Great place to stay when visiting family in Laguna hills. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean well maintained and has great facilities. We’ve stay there now 4 times and each time has been spot on.

Reasonably priced place that felt clean and safe. We enjoyed the blood orange scent of the bath products, and didn’t stay long enough for breakfast, but it smelled good.
Coffee machine is the old school Mr. Coffee with hotel packs-type situation, and there’s a mini fridge in the room.

Clean, comfortable with large rooms. Laundry facilities were excellent to have on a long trip. Didn’t use the pool but it looked decent enough. Very close to numerous grocery stores so we put the in-room fridge and microwave to good use. Entire grounds are smoke free except one small area right outside our window, so that sucked as smoke came into our room. Yuck. Also bizarre in this day and age that non- dairy milk isn’t offered in the breakfast room.

Gardens were so beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is an older facility but kept up very well, and centrally located to LaGuna Beach at a very good rate.

Very average hotel for the price ($180 for 2). Basic room, plastic cups provided, front of AC was falling off, romantic views of a Chick fil A and an In-N-Out

The air conditioner in our room was very loud and not very effective. The woman who checked us in was not very friendly. It would have gone a long way if she was. Size of the room was great. Pool was also very nice. Continental breakfast excellent.

Spent 2 nights here for a wedding. Quiet. Beautiful landscaping — unmatched among the hundreds of hotels i’ve stayed at. Good cold breakfast, pleasant staff. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
