Clean, but old property, price was same as Hyatt at JFK.

The hotel was fine but my room was noisy . There was no notification of me having to REQUEST cleaning or fresh towels. Totally unacceptable for the price, and not being aware my room was not cleaned.

The air conditioner sounded like an emergency alarm so every time it went on it scared the he’ll out of us. Drove up from Florida for a death in the family; really needed a peaceful night sleep .

Always liked this hotel, even when it was conveniently priced as a Holiday INN! I was very disappointed this stay because of the price paid and never having the room cleaned and linens replaced during the entire time I was there! I feel the breakfasts have slipped a notch as well! Other than that, check in was great and check out was fast and efficient!

Comfortable stay for one night, but would not recommend for more than that. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Paid close to $360, but did not find the room to be worth that amount. Breakfast was decent and so was the cleanliness other than the cockroach.

Old and tired hotel hallway carpet is disgusting, TV in hotel and channel selection is poor, room was okay, stayed 3 nights they never came to clean the room. Day shift staff were very friendly the overnight clerk seemed upset that I woke her to check out at 6:00am. It's okay, not much of a selection in the area.

I was in a ground floor room and the shuttle driver for the hotel backed the van up to my window. consequently my room filled with carbon monoxide from the van ideling outside my window. I woke up coughing and itching. I had to call the front desk and tell them to move the van. The hotel was very expensive. For Friday night and saturday with a check out of Sunday morning, I paid nearly 1100 dollars. Apparently, this was the day that Microsoft crashed. It was said that the owner took full advantage of the crisis and more than doubled the rate. Plus the room smelled stale and of smoke. Breakfast was minimal. I'd never patronize this hotel again.

As hotels go, it was okay. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle included is a nice benefit. The breakfast was okay…not too many choices. The rooms themselves seemed tired; we saw details in the room that clearly needed some maintenance. All in all, for the cost of the room, we were definitely expecting more.

At almost $200 a night, this place is in rough shape. Its just run down and old and needs a big time face lift. Stay somewhere else.
You can only buy lohby snacks and drinks with cash. Can not be charged to your room or on a card.

This is one overrated property. Set on the busy Sunrise Highway not too far from Kennedy Airport. It’s worth even by NY standards £200 a night yet we paid well over 300.
Property is very old and tired.
It’s pleasant and the bed it’s very comfortable. It’s solidly built and safe it’s just well over priced.

Very nice facility; updated and clean. Very uncomfortable bed and no place to charge electronics unless you bring a plug for and outlet. Seems strange not to have updated that!

Rooms are suitable and we have stayed here twice due to the location close to family. Breakfast is always satisfying-appreciate the fresh bagels!

Clean. The breakfast needs improving. The clock in the room showed the Wrong tome ( 1 hour 0ff). Our table in the breakfast area was VERY shaky - almost ready to fall. The place is clean and convenient, but it could use upkeep work.

The room was cool…once I got there…went straight to the bathroom and it was pee stains all over the toilet seat…I cleaned it up with some wipes..went to tell the front desk manager and he apologized for that and told me to call the manager on the following Monday…called him twice…no answer

Great location but for a recently renovated property, it leaves much to be desired. The decor is dated, the lobby furniture is room light shades are shredded, the window curtains and darkening shades are torn, and there were old blood? Stains on the carpet. Upon arrival, the fridge was filthy and there was old debris in the corners of the room, indicating poor cleaning.
Breakfast was fine, but apparently they have mostly short stays, as they only provide room towel and cleaning services every 5 days.
Will pay more for a better experience next time.
