Walking in the front door you’re greeted with an interesting smell and the front desk attendant was kindly rude. As I made my way to the fourth floor room, I couldn’t help but smell the musty air. When I made it into my room the carpet felt sticky, the shower had hair and dirt in it, and yet again an unpleasant smell…I stayed all of a few minutes in this room before booking a different hotel. Would NOT recommend if you are looking for a clean decent place to stay.

Was there for homecoming… the room was clean but the toilet wasn’t as clean as it could. It was build up at the bottom.
The venting machine was down.

We were given a first floor room. Upon entering the room a musty mildew smell like it had recently had water intrusion. The shower had mold around the walls and toilet was dirty.

We were extremely disappointed. As soon as we walked in the room there was a horrible odor. You had to breathe through your nose. We asked for another room, they stated no others were available. They gave us a spray bottle of some type of air freshener and told us to spray it around. All it did was enhance the odor. We thiught about leaving however a room there usually costs $92 however bevause this was after Hurricane Helene it was now $179 and we couldnt afford to lose that amount of money. Never stay there again!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only problem we had but was workable, was the toilet constantly running but thankfully closing the door completely masked the noise. The sink also had a slow drain so we had to let it slowly drip while using. We didn’t notify staff because we didn’t think it was something they could easily fix during our stay.

The bathroom looked brand new, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it was quite large. The breakfast was okay, I had cold cereal, but the coffee was HOT!!!
