My check in was fast and easy.
The room was comfortable and very clean.
I was pleased that even though it appeared there were other guests it was quiet and peaceful at night while I slept.
My first morning I had a issue with the shower (broken diverter) and I let the front desk know as I was headed out for my day, with in just a few hours I was contacted by the maintenance person to let me know it was replaced.
I was very impressed they repaired this so quickly and I knew I would be able to shower at the end of my day.
I highly recommend La Quinta Inn when you travel.
I know every time I have stayed at any La Quinta it has been a very good experience.

We stayed at several places and this one stood out. Loved the bed. Stayed at another La Quinta hoping to find the bed again. Had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Large outdoor patio. Washer and dryer ( I think was $3.50 total) was clean and quick. Best breakfast out of 5 hotels of this stay. THEY HAD BACON! Now don’t go expecting that everytime. Big brewery with food next door literally steps. I can’t believe I have no photos!

This property was one of the cleanest of the 5 hotels we booked for our trip. Our room was next to the Lobby so we heard voices all night otherwise it was great

Everything was great quality. I would rank the motel as at least a 3 star or even a 4 star. Honestly, it was one of the nicest motels that I have ever stayed in.
We did have to travel a distance to find the kind of restaurant that we were looking for, but it was because we weren't familiar with the area.
Easy access to the highway to Estes Park.

The hotel itself is actually quite decent. The management of the hotel is horrible. The hotel overcharged me and it’s been almost a month but they still haven’t issued a refund. The management of the hotel is either careless or ignorant or unscrupulous. If anything would go wrong with your stay in this hotel, it may create an extremely challenging situation for you to resolve. So I would say - stay away from this hotel - strictly because of the horrible management. They promised me a refund three times. They also promised a refund to a Hotels.com representative that called on my behalf. And they also promised the refund twice to two different Wyndham representatives that called on my behalf. La Quinta is a part of Wyndham. But I still haven’t received it

Room was smokey. Asked for another room and was given a new room, it was appreciates. Daughters room had hairs in bed and stains on bedding. Gross!! Requested new room, hotel was booked so night clerk changed the bedding for them. Didnt have all the right pieces so pieces together best she could.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Overall the quality of the hotel is below average. Toilet seat cover was loose, faucets had issues. It feels like everything is old. Breakfast options are ok. A/C unit turns off and on through the night with a huge sound which can impact your sleep.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 20 minutes. There was no bell to ring or anything. Finally the clerk showed up and said she had something to take care of with another guest. Although I don’t have a problem with that; she could have left a note or had someone else there to let us know what was going on. I came very close to walking away & cancelling my stay.

The facilities were clean, but dated. Not updated like several other locations i have visited. The exercise machine was not maintained and partially broken and therefore not usable. The breakfast was disappointing. Will not visit this location in the future.

I have allergies really bad and nothing was said they take dogs and cats on all floors. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. I have a pool operator license so let me tell you i would not let a wild animal in either pool or hot tub . Other than the 3 things I mentioned the place wes good the room was clean and the breakfast was on point.

Loved this place, the location was perfect. Estes park is not to far. The view is nice. Only thing they didn’t mention the $100 incidental fee but it was returned the day after we checked out. Will stay again!

There was red tape on the side door making it so someone didn’t need a key to get in. I peeled it off so it would lock and called the front desk to let them know. They agreed that it shouldn’t be like that (for security reasons) and they would look into it. This morning the red tape was on there again. Real security concern for me.
