No TV for entire stay. Wi-Fi off for part of one evening. Loose tiles in bathroom. Overall, not well maintained

Our experience was not great. The hotel was not in the best condition. Very strong odor of mildew at front desk. One elevator was out of order. Heating and cooling system in room was not functioning. Called front desk and no one picked up. Went down and she was outside in her car. When we told her the issue, she did not have staff that was able to come check the issue. Parking was also not available and multiple guests were complaining about that as well. We opted to check out right away and requested a refund and went to a different hotel.

Had a very good stay. The breakfast was a highlight for one of our group; Ray at the front desk was very good about extra linens and noting a maintenance issue. The 3rd-floor room window was slightly open when we entered and struggled to get it to latch, but succeeded and they said maintenance would get on it.
They were quite obliging with a late check-out request and some other things. We were completely happy with our experience.

Hotel property is clean but in a sketchy area. Don’t recommend walking around. Hotel is a few miles away from old town and on the other side of the highway, despite how it’s marketed. Not walkable.

This hotel was nice. It’s located in central Albuquerque, close to a lot of museums and Latino and Native American cultural activities.
I used it as a base for house-hunting in the Albuquerque area, but it’s a nice place for tourists, too.

We were tired ( exhausted) but received great service which lifted the moment. Ive already referred to other travlers. Site felt secure, room service wasnt necessary as eateries were very short distacle.

Did not like that parking was $10 per night and the breakfast was $10 per person per day. For the price of the room these should have been included. On this trip we did not pay these extra charges at the other hotels. We asked 3 times for the password to use the computer in the business center but nobody knew what it was. The elevator was out of order. The pool was drained so not available. The spa was nice. The room cleaning was not good. They did not make the beds and left a food tray. Overall, overpriced and just OK.

The place was clean friendly great breakfast close to everything...the problem is that i didnt get the room i wanted , i RESERVED a king bed and a sofa bed studio, for 2 adults and a teenager i got a 2 queen bed room...and the hotel blames the Expedia and Expedia blames the hotel...other than that the hotel is a good 4.5 out of 5

am due to flight delays. No one attending the front desk. Called and banged on the door. After about 30 minutes the night shift person opened the door.

Nice location and good looking interiors but leaving us with no coffee one morning was tough! No one to bring pods and cups either. The breakfast buffet was lacking fresh fruit and good breads, it was very basic.

It was extremely frustrating for my mom, who is 82 years old and needs accessibility features, to find that the room was about as far from the elevator as you could get. It made it extremely difficult for her.
When leaving, we needed to wait about an hour for a cart to become available to move stuff down. They only have two carts for the entire hotel. One of them was not to be seen for that entire hour.

The room was perfect to relax in. Most of our time was out side and so we just came to sleep in the rooms.
Just one concern was that the wheelchair accessible room was on the 4th floor which did not make any sense because in an emergency the elevators don’t work! We did have the fire alarm go off however it was a false one, thankfully.

Really liked that this hotel was close to old town. Too far to walk, but just a short drive. Loved having a sofa in my room to sit on instead of just a bed. The breakfast was very nice.

The room was very quiet, yet close to the highway, which was perfect for our travels. The only thing we did not like was that the food was on the warmer side instead of hot, and the coffee was cold.

Very well located, close to tourist attractions. Safe and attractive. Spacious room with ample bathroom and a second one with toilet and lavatory. Good breakfast. Clean and free parking. Mcdonald, Starbucks and other stores next to the hotel.

What I most enjoy about this hotel is the parking. Security patrols the Holidae Inn’s lot and the surrounding areas such as Starbucks & Laguna Burger. I never had to worry about my vehicle being broken into unlike other places I’ve stayed. This location is also close to Old Town and many dining spots! We stay at this hotel every time we have to pass through!

When we arrived to check in, this hotel had errors with our reservation, which we made through Expedia. The errors contradicted each other, saying that our reservation had both been cancelled and also made for the wrong day. They charged us the full amount for our room despite these errors, which were evident by the email confirmation that we presented. They refused to take responsibility for the errors, blamed Expedia, and did not offer us a refund or any other assistance. We were penalized for an error that we did not make. The genera manager and her desk staff could have earned a major win for the hotel by taking care of the issue and provided the room that they had available, since the errors were obviously not our fault. Instead, they earned a major loss. Is IHG not doing well in their business? What a greedy, money-hungry, and unethical way of doing business.

Always love it here. The beds are comfy, the place is clean and accessible, and everybody is nice. I stay here at least twice a year when I visit Albuquerque.

Did not like the fact that I make my res months in advance, requesting a view of the parking lot to view my two moving trucks. My life is in the trucks. I even confirmed the appointment with the request days before. No room viewing the parking lot. Sadly the parking lot view is in front of the mountain view. No one reads the notes and all the rooms were full. Could not even sleep because of stressing over my moving trucks. No point in making a reservation. It is first come first serve. And no cash excepted for anything. SMH, the current business model sucks.
