The hotel staff was amazing and so friendly! The manager made Thanksgiving dinner for all the hotel guest and it was so delicious and it meant a lot to us that she cared enough to make us feel welcome and made sure our belly’s were full and even had plates to go! The rooms were spotless and a great size for our family of 4, that couch/sofa bed really helps when you have multiple older kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Albany.

Check in was easy and the young lady was very nice. the room (1st floor king) was... meh. It was cold when I walked in, someone had the temp set to 70. It took me a bit to figure out that the thermostat on the wall wasn't hooked up and I needed to adjust it on the unit itself. Next stop was the bathroom, old and not cleaned all that well, and the sink did not drain. To un-stop the stopper I needed to reach under the sink and move the lever by hand... I do not believe housekeeping doesn't realize what the problem is, they just have not requested maintenance fix it... probably the biggest issue is the dirt on the floors, both tile and carpet. The carpets feel damp and turned my socks brown just walking on them. Probably won't stay here again, it's twice as much as the MicroTel down the road and not as clean. You're definitely paying for the name, not the service.

Room was nice & clean. But a few things missing. Like laundry bag for dirty clothes. Not enough towels even though it was just the 4 of us.

Great location. Room was nice and spacious for a family of four. Pull out sofa was comfortable for my pre-teen. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good and many options if you have picky eater like I do. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Property cancelled our reservation 15 min before our arrival at 9:45 pm and said that expedia overbooked our room which we know was not the case as we had booked it over a week ahead. Im pretty sure that they sold it out from under us. Expedia got us another room at a different hotel so they did take care of getting us a place to stay. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The no hand Towles. Tissues were a small portable package, not full-sized. We asked for additional towels and did not receive them, we had to go and get them ourselves the second day.

This property was just wonderful and every sense of the word. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed was absolutely comfortable. I can’t get over how soft the sheets were. The breakfast was a typical Continental breakfast, although it was really nice to have several hot options. My only complaint is that the person working when I checked out was very rude to staff, and also not very friendly to guests. When I asked if I could check out she pointed to a box that I could not see as it was behind a sign. I asked if she wanted me to put the keys in there and she said yes, rolled her eyes and started complaining how she couldn’t get access to her computer program. Not gonna determine if I am in the area. I will definitely stay here again.

checking in was awful we were kept waiting for hours after arrival. Excuse was maid staff was shorthanded to get the room ready. The breakfast was lacking potatoes. Eggs were tasteless. No Bagels and cream cheese, this is in NY eh? Overall a quiet clean room and bath.

Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was nothing but noise. Housekeeping was very loud when cleaning the other rooms. Bed sheets had stains. No black out curtains. What’s under construction arrived. Overall, will not stay there again. The only nice thing was the breakfast staff

The staff was friendly and hard working. There was construction going on but it has to get done sometime! We had a fully upgraded suite on the 6th floor. Everything was brand new and really nice. We stayed with 3 adults, 2 children, and an infant. We had 2 queens and a pullout couch. Breakfast was excellent with all the options you could want. It will be really nice when renovations are complete. The woman at the front desk on 6/30 was super busy but still helped us with everything we needed and with a polite attitude and smile. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was right back at out on the morning of 7/1. Housekeeping accomodating s as well!

The lady at the front desk (nights) is amazing. However, people having sex in the hot tub, fist fights, children running and screaming up and down halls at 1 am. Not exceptable. Only 1 working elevator!! NO! The restaurant "ON TAP" is HORRID. The hotel breakfast is nothing like pictured AT ALL. very big disapointment. Very costly for so very little.

The place is under renovation. The room is very spacious and renovated already. Hence it lacks few basic things. Looks like they are putting together everything. When we got into the room, there were no towels, instead of bringing it to our room, they asked us to go downstairs and we had to pick it up from there. The hand towels which was already in by the sink area was old, faded and ripped. The breakfast was really good. Varities of food available. Very fresh food. The dining area is also big. The dining room staff was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast is horrible and not what is pictured. People were having sex in the pool, there was a fight and cops had to come. Only 1 elevator. Only 1 staff spoke English, THE RESTAURANT SUCKS. Kids running screaming all over. VERY EXPENSIVE!! but rooms are big and clean.

The hotel is under construction and a mess. We asked for extra pillows and were told no by a very rude lady at the front desk. The pool was over flowing with water everywhere. Will not stay here again
