Strange area around the property but uit is the airport

There was toothpaste on the ceiling and a couple of dirty marks on the tile by the toilet. Other than that, the trim work on the baseboard was bad. No caulking or proper paint which is sad considering that that alone could have made the room look much nicer than it was. Great lobby but room needs some work.

We always stay at this hotel when transiting through Montréal.

Great family place to stay

The room that we had, was missing a mirror. Cobwebs in the corner. There was a bad smell with the pillows. The room was very run down.

I booked through Expedia that said they had a shuttle but when we got here, they said their shuttle stopped at 11pm (NOT on Expedia!). After spending 1hr trying to contact them (and finally learnt this after multiple waits and disconnections) we had a 45$uber to get here at 1am. The front desk people were quite firm and did the bare minimum to help us get settled… reason being they were understaffed at that time of night. Did 3 room switches. Very frustrating and did not get to sleep until 3:30 AM and they would not give us late Check out the next day, even though our floor was flooded and I doubt anyone would be using the room that day (thought they said they would be). Who knows! If we had not had the customer service problems and false advertising from Expedia, it probably would’ve been a nice stay.

Generally OK. Convenient free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. But their WiFi service works poor.

I have stayed here multiple times. I find that the cleanliness of the room is getting poorer. The reception staff can be a bit friendlier and polite not matter the time of day. The restaurant staff was phenomenal and probably the best part of the stay and why I would return.

So this is a bit of a mixed bag. First, I want to say the staff here are great. Everyone is kind, helpful, and were easy to talk to. I used the shuttle to come to the hotel from YUL- the guy took our luggage and helped load us in. They helped us find a room to check in early bc we were exhausted- and thank you so much for that. The room itself was smaller than expected, but that’s fine. The walls were dirty; but everything else was clean. The bed was squeaky and I’m not sure if it was old or what. The bathroom btw 5-stars- clean, and felt recently remodeled. No tub in the room, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The worst thing was the situation with sound proofing from the hallway. I have PTSD so loud bangs and stuff are a huge issue, our door didn’t close and had to be pulled shut- I think other people had the same issue because I heard SO many slamming doors to the point where I had an anxiety attack, because other travelers are on their own schedule, it happened a lot until about 2am. Because of this, I cancelled my return stay for when we fly out. I really hope the hotel considers remodeling their walkways and doors for a quieter experience, soundproofing their doors would make such a huge quality of life improvement. I shouldn’t be able to hear a kid crying 4 doors down from my bed and have my PTSD triggered for $150 per night you know?

3rd time there…hope to go back.

Upon arrival staff were very friendly. The hallway was smelly, the room was clean but definitely outdated. Very comfy bed. The restaurant was terrible. No tables were cleared to sit down even though it was mostly empty. Took 15 minutes after ordering to get our drinks. Brought a dirty glass for my beer. About 30 mi utes to ger food which was only a sadwich and fries, again even tough the restaurant was mostly empty. Later called down for wine glasses for the room, left us on hold for 5 minutes after we just hung up. Shuttle service was fantastic!

Everything was very good. The only issue we had was that our flight arrived past midnight and the shuttle service stopped ay 11pm. We had to psy for a short cab ride for a minimum fee of $25.

We regularly stay here when traveling. Very nice hotel.

Very tight room, the beds are average. Surprised to see that there isn't drinking water provided, the hotel staff recommend taking the tap water. Also, the phone did not worked and TV is provided without remote :).

This location was very convenient to the YUL airport. The staff was very helpful. While checking in the staff informed me of the shuttle service to the airport. We had a rental car but it was nice of him to ask us whether we needed to be put on the reservation list. Our room looked nice and clean. The staff was there to please.

Super clean and modern room. Only stayed one night but wasn’t missing anything. Definitely will return for when we fly down south!
