Iliana was ever so helpful, from texting ahead of arrival to meeting us later than planned, as well as checking updates for us on the status of the broken train line! We didn't see anyone from the staff team apart from the breakfast waitress but she too was very pleasant. The room was small but very clean and comfy, with everything we needed. The honesty bar/fridge was a great addition. Location was ideal for our stay.

This small hotel was very nice and in a good location. The rooms are small and simple but clean. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, juice, meat, cheese, pastries. The staff was very helpful when we had questions. It was advertised that there was laundry but it was just a dryer and it could only be used 3:30-5:30 pm.

Decent effort put into the breakfast with cooked eggs and other items. Friendly helpful staff. Not a far walk from town center.

Clean and very friendly staff, especially the woman preparing breakfast. The negatives- bathroom had a cramped setup. Toilet was so close to the shower that I couldn’t sit comfortably without my knees hitting the shower wall. The room was warm when we entered after the day’s excursions. When we asked about the air conditioning, we were told it wasn’t working throughout the property. Opening the window cooled the room down after 30 minutes , but we were fortunate that temperatures weren’t hot outside.

Overall the room was excellent. Our only real problem was the HVAC system. Even we turned it off, it continued to pour heat out.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay close to the centre of Sorrento.

The room was basic but spacious and spotlessly clean. Location was ideal Staff were friendly and as we checked in late we needed them to come after normal hours, which they did most obligingly

Good breakfast staff very friendly internet good close to everything

Good points: good breakfast, comfortable bed, good shower, good location, clean, pleasant staff. Bad points: Our basement room was incredibly damp, and always smelled musty. Very unpleasant. Crowded bathroom with no counter space at all. Not enough hangers, and short closet didn't allow me to hang dresses. No hangers for pants at all. A green emergency light on the ceiling coyuld not be turned off, and lit up the whole room at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Amazing stay at Sorrento Relias. Staff were so so friendly, helpful. Amazingly central and convenient location for my stay. Room was cleaned every day and I had an amazing greeting by the gentleman around 12.30pm when I couldn't check in till 1pm but my room was ready. The lovely afternoon receptionist also helped me book the speed train ticket to Florence, and the breakfast and staff who served it were so helpful too. I would stay here again, and recommend that you do too,

Nice bnb close to everything. Lots of storage in the room, a mini-fridge, comfy beds and excellent pillows, black out shutters, disco shower, (!) hair drier, good breakfast with cappuccino and loved walking through the lemon grove right next door to the main road. Grazie!

The whole experience was great. Our room was on the first floor and was very large. It was clean and bright. Check in and out was a breeze. Our shower head was broke, they replaced it the next morning. Our air conditioner shut off for some reason but they had it running in 5 min. The rooms are next to a busy road but the windows block a lot of the noise so its not bad at all. It was a very nice place to stay for a great price and great location.

Comfortable hotel room with modern facilities. Quiet area. Great staff. We were 2 adults and 1 child. Our only disappointment was the shower head. It just dripped 3 streams of water. Overall a thumbs up from us. Station was less than a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast selection was good. Would stay here again.

We had five nights here. We were given the first room near reception which worried me as I thought it might be noisy with all the foot traffic and voices but actually was ok and quiet after hours. The room is very outdated and def could do with a makeover. The bathroom needs ventilation as no exhaust fan or window and so smelt very musty. Our room was a bit bigger as we had booked for three people but one did not turn up so gave us more room to move but would have been very cramped if the three of us had been in it. Checkin good and the reception and kitchen staff lovely. Breakfast included, it was a continental. Walking distance from train station about ten minutes. Road very busy but once windows closed does block out the noise. Walking distance to most sights takes about 10- 15 minutes and lots of supermarkets and eating around. Safe in the room, as well as jug and mini fridge so all a bonus. You get keys to let yourself in after 8.30 at night so not an issue. €3 each person each night for city tax, the most we have paid anywhere. This is not hotels fault but mandatory from the local government.

Small B&B which is very well located, just a 10 minute stroll to Piazza Tasso and near to the train & bus stations. Our ground floor room was clean, spacious and well equipped, including a small fridge and Italian Sky TV (many of the programs you can change to English language though). Good bathroom, but in need of a couple of minor repairs. Electric window blinds and double glazing effective at keeping out light/noise when required. Aircon and room safe very good. Adequate continental breakfast. Manager and staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend as budget accommodation and if we come back to Sorrento would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful service and great location. Beds could have better linens and firmer mattress but it was ok. We stayed two nights in July.

They lock the front door at 8:30 pm and give you a clicker to get in. My clicker did not work the third night I was there. It was early enough that a man was awake on a second story balcony and opened the door for me. Could have been locked out all night!

Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small and needed some minor repairs. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and accommodating. Overall a good B&B in a nice location.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were also very patient with us throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and freshly made cappuccinos every morning and loved the location which is right next to town and adjacent to a charming orange and lemon garden. Would definitely stay again

Good location 5 mins from station. Small room but thoughtfully furnished to maximise space. Furniture a bit worn. Very colourful lights in the bathroom! Shower head really needs attention-sprays in very odd directions. Helpful staff.

Sorrento Relais is located on a quiet one way road 10 minutes from the railway station and buses (buses park outside the railway station). Therefore it's very easy to get to, say, the Amalfi Coast on a bus or Pompeii by train. There's other destinations of course.The accommodation was on the ground floor (for us) and consisted of a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. The room was not 'ooh, this is amazing' but was certainly above adequate for the price. The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom towels were changed regularly and fresh soap provided. The room overlooked a garden centre. There is an electric outside metal blind to close if darkness for sleeping is required, this is operated by a simple two part switch on the inside wall. Breakfast was the usual continental type: an adequate choice. The attendant provided tea or coffee as required. Orange juice etc was also available. So why 5 stars for staff? They were always attentive and ready to help. There was always a genuine smile on arriving at breakfast or reception. They were always helpful whatever the question. They had a genuine friendliness, demonstrated by the hug and kiss initiated by them when we left.

This hotel is on the beach, is set up nicely, and is beautiful. Everything was clean, breakfast was good, and the location was great. I would definitely go back!

The room look like it was renewed. It was super clean. It does not have 24 hours front-desk
