We loved Andaz! We had never been to Napa before and had been looking at Andaz along with a few other hotels. Someone recommended Andaz over the others and I’m so glad she did. The location is perfect and the staff were so kind and attentive.

The hotel was right on downtown so easily accessible to shops. The lobby is small but the live music on Friday and Saturday were an extra treat. The food was excellent and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were covered with nice linens and comfy.

This location was absolutely perfect. There were shops within one block of the hotel and restaurants 2 to 3 blocks away. The hotel has a terrace with romantic lighting that was perfect for a nightcap. Pack some patients if you plan to eat at the on-site restaurant. We didn't get a chance to partake because we had to leave after waiting 35 minutes for a simple breakfast order. We chose to dine elsewhere the next day, just to avoid the hassle of waiting again. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and I will likely book there next time return to the area..

Great location in the middle of downtown Napa. Easy to get Ubers. Convenient valet parking. Overall hotel and rooms were modern and stylish. Bathtub in junior suite was amazing.
Things that weren't good: food. We only had the breakfast there, so don't know how the lunch and dinner options compare, but the meal was just about average. French toast was dry and lightly coated, eggs and bacon were just ok, and smoothie wasn't well blended. For the price tag we were expecting better quality.

We had a good stay, but the room we received was not what was pictured when I booked it, and also didn’t have a tub in the room as was depicted in the listing.

i love NYC andaz. andaz napa was a great location, rooms were nice, bathrooms really nice. typical andaz style lobby, rose at check in is thoughtful, no room service. issues we had were a loud high pitched alarm going off in the hall right outside our door until 2am that we called downstairs a few times until it stopped. the live music in the lobby is cool until you try to call the front desk and neither you or the reception can hear a word and it sounds like calling a muffled friend at a dive bar. live music needs to move to the patio or buffet away from the phone, front desk couldn’t hear anything

The room was very comfortable -- the bed was great and the towels were soft. The shower was fantastic.
However, having said that, we both found the hotel quite gloomy. The rooms were good, but walking through the halls - the ultra dim lighting when getting off the elevators made it quite gloomy and frankly, a little spooky. The lobby was also dim lit and dark.
As a result, even though the room itself was nice, it was uncomfortable to be in such a dark, dark environment.
