We were in town for a concert at Mohegan Sun last night, and decided to stay overnight, and it couldn't ask for a better hotel to stay at, from the ease of checking in, to the shuttle bus to the casino/arena, the comfortable bed, and the tasty breakfast. If we are ever going to a concert in the area again, we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt again.

I love the Hyatt Place near Mystic. We always stay there. They really have your comfort in mind. I love the room and couch area. It’s spacious and comfortable.

This property is great! Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. They are set up in a way that makes getting ready for the day a breeze. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Great location and free shuttle back and forth to casino on the weekends. This is our go-to place whenever we have anything going on in the area.

The advertisement indicates the hotel has a restaurant and bar. Well that is a counter in the Lobby with convection heated chicken tenders and boxed cocktails. Breakfast was also less than expected with reheated cold eggs, rotten bananas and hugs in the oatmeal. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory

My initial encounter with the front desk staff was somewhat cold and uncomfortable. I was carded (identification) and asked to give them a credit card for incidentals. I wasn’t told how much would be charged to my card. A $50.00 deposit was initialized.
The couple who was being checked in by another person was asked for identification and no credit card plus they were given complimentary water bottles and Gatorade. No such complimentary anything was given to us. We were told that the ice machines were on different floors from where we stayed. Overall, the staff seemed very uptight and unwelcoming.

Very disappointed. As soon as I got into the room I noticed an order. Can’t specify exactly what. What really made it worse is when we came back to the room in the afternoon after going to the casino and the room wasn’t cleaned.In the hallway I saw one of the cleaning ladies and asked if she’s going to our room and she said no because I didn’t ask for it. I have been in many hotel in different part of the world and never I had to ask to have the room cleaned it was alway automatically done. Complained and said the same thing that the ladies were almost done for the day but they would try to get someone to do the cleaning. When I booked the rooms I booked 4 rooms for different members of my family. Two rooms were cleaned the other 2 rooms were left undone. Very unprofessional. For the price that I paid not worth the money and will NEVER stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

Room was filthy, never cleaned from previous guests was very obvious. No other rooms available. We had to leave and drive home to MA at midnight after a concert

Let my food get cold really cold and when I just didn’t want to bother them too but I didn’t even know my food came nobody called me Uber was upsetting as well but Hyatt didn’t even either bother to check the food that the Uber eats left right in front of them or they did check and just left it there without say until improved something wrong and found my food sitting in the lobby .

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and roomy. It was a wheelchair accessible room and some things were not well done such as location of soap, shampoo into bathroom. It should have a nonslip rug in bathroom. The breakfast was not very good, it was not kept hot enough.

This place was an excellent place to stay at. Very pet friendly, lots of places you can pick up after your dog and disposal of it. The rooms were amazing, really clean easy to move around in. The beds we’re extremely comfortable. I love they have a transport that takes you to the casino. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with shuttle to the casino every half an hour. The breakfast was unorganized as the kitchen ran out of plates and cutlery. They used the cheapest paper plates that couldn't hold eggs/home fries, etc. It was a Sundays morning. They should've been prepared. I read about the smell in the rooms and yes! It is true! It gets to you after a while. When the AC is on it is less odor. The pool was dirty in the bottom. No water. I asked. It is only for elite Hilton members. I was glad i onky stayed for a night. I went to the show and left the next morning by 10 a.m
