The place is very nice and pools are great. The team is very friendly WiFi is very poor, keeps disconnected and not working in the rooms. Food was amazing Over all - we had a very good time

During my stay at Lindos it was going great until the second day after my arrival which I had a seven day stay all inclusive house keeping came in and cleared out my room and thrown away all my items and clothing because they forgot to checkout the person who was staying there before me upon my arrival and & the day shift manager had given her permission to clear the room out and I had never received back my belongings and each day I inquired about my belongings the manager said he will do his best to get my things back and he would contact me and never did and they never was able to find all of my items and it was upsetting because of there lack of management and competence I took a lost because I had a early morning flight back to the usa for 10am and my shuttle came for 7:30 am so it was not the best vacation I had in mind I would not be returning to lindos during my next visit to Greece

The hotel was wonderful, especially the staff in Guest Relations Ksenia Nikitina. I booked the hotel for my wife's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me make my wife birthday unforgettable. The decorations in the room where amazing and she was available 24/7 to help us get the most of the hotel facilities. She even recommend romantic places that we can go to make our stay even better. The room we stay at was a suite with jetted tub and private pool. Nice room to stay if you go with your partner. The price was amazing. The restaurants had really good quality food and the buffet restaurant had a of variety of foods. I advise if you are stay there and need something go straight to the guest relations and speak with Ksenia Nikitina. I Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel promised great stays. Overall it was not bad but for 5* it was very amateur and appeared understaffed. Kids entertainment was great. The food was very sameish every night at the buffet and we only managed to book two restaurants in the week. We weren’t overly impressed with the buffet food and realised most of the chefs were the same throughout the hotel so we cancelled the wok gourmand restaurant and the Greek meze and just went out to eat. Again for 5 stars - our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, bins weren’t changed, cups were just rinsed in the sink and supplies for tea & coffee were not always topped up. Check in - we got given our room key, a piece of paper with a map and another with food times. We had to literally work out how everything worked and the queue for reception was always long so it wasn’t ever worth visiting them to ask for help. I wouldn’t stay here again, the area isn’t built up so we got taxis to pefkos and lardos where there was more culture and life.

Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly. A la carte gets booked up quickly on the app so make a booking as soon as you arrive. 3 restaurants per week. Mexican definitely the best. Long queues at breakfast if you don’t get down there by 9am. Also queues at the activity bar all day. No entertainment on a Monday. Aqua gym was fun. Some activities not on because of covid. Also nightclub shut too. Can’t dial reception from your room they don’t answer and also if your message via WhatsApp they don’t read it! Good water sports. Would recommend

Very good but not 5 star in my opinion.

The resort itself was lovely and clean. They use a lot of single-use plastic cups, straws and utensils when they could easily switch to paper. The food was terrible both in the buffet and a la carte, they really need to improve that area.

Friendly and courteous customer service. Its location is a bit isolated however one can find everything they need. The roomy had plenty of space and the wifi worked great.

The facility was great! Lots of entertainment! Our room had bugs in it, little ants and beetles.

Amazing stay!! Everything you could ever wish for in one complex. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the accommodation is lovely and clean. Excellent facilities and entertainment, would definitely visit again. Also not far from Lindos town or Rhodes itself so perfect location.

Great place for kids and to relax in general, beds are a tad hard and the beach was like a building site (no sand ) ,and that was the only complaint, Would definitely go back !

We did not like the food at all. One alternative for dinner was okra! Who would eat that. The dining place was very crowded and hot. For a place in Greece, the food was unexpectedly bad! Another disappointment was the sea, I think it was the dirtiest shore in Rhodes. Dirt flakes were swimming close to the shore while we were snorkeling. Go somewhere else in Rhodes!

Overall the facilities are great but the food is bad (w.r.t the hotel's price) and also the all-inclusive package has some quite annoying limitations: 1. You can only get 2 drinks per person everytime you walk to the bar, 2. The hotel is huge but there are not many bars (and not service), 3. You have to make long walks to the "spa" just to change your towels, etc. Unfortunately, since this hotel is by no means attractive in price, I won't be coming back.

The hotel and complex was amazing - it's clear try really hard to keep it clean and the staff are all polite and helpful which was really pleasing - pity other guests aren't able to replicate that approach.

liked over all. Diversity of food was good but was not very tasty. Maintenance took very long time to fix malfunctions or give missing towels. Pool and hotel Games were not to my type. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

It was one of the best family vacation we had.

Stayed here for 12 nights and it was absolutely gorgeous. Had a room with a private pool which was lovely. The hotel is huge and takes a day or two to navigate it but once you know your way around it’s great. Food in the main buffet is pretty good with lots of choice, our experience of the themed restaurants wasn’t great we did the Italian and Mexican and weren’t impressed so didn’t book the others and stuck with the main restaurants and had lunch at the pool bar and beach bar which was lovely and the cocktails are great in the lobby bar. The beach is very pebbly and isn’t in great condition. The pool areas are lovely, clean and always seem to have sun loungers available. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideal for families with children as there’s lots to do or couples who just want a relaxing holiday like ourselves, as there’s really nothing around the hotel no bars or restaurants unless you go into nearby villages or Lindos which is €50 return but is so worth it. Overall had a lovely relaxing holiday here and would return :-)

Very nice stay, thank you for good vacations. There are smalls issues which could be improved but in general this is one of best hotels we stay.

The resort stuff were very friendly and tried their best to help out with every single query/request we had. The entertainment team were very creative and hardworking. Pools were very nice although number of slides were limited. Food was high in variety but slightly blunt in taste. Perhaps they should reduce the food variety but improve the quality. The interior of the hotel rooms were slightly outdated and lacks modern look but very comfy and clean. The friendliness of the stuff outshines all and this I cannot stress enough. Stuffs are very hardworking (well almost all of them). I thank you all for making this trip memorable one for me and my family.

It was a nice hotel, the facilities are quite good, with the private beach with plenty of sun loungers and multiple pools to choose from. You are 25 minutes drive from Lindos on a bus and not much around, so quite tied into the hotel especially in the evening. The food was excellent, but the drinks were not great. The water tastes horrible and a lot of the drinks are made with it, and didn’t taste nice. The local spirits are also quite bad, meaning that a typical cocktail that I would usually enjoy, was not very nice, and I didn’t drink a lot of them, bearing in mind that it was all inclusive!!! One last negative was that there are no snacks available at night, so when we arrived on the first day, we couldn’t get anything to eat. There are no eating places around and food had stopped. We were given a sandwich each, (me and my wife) but this was like cardboard. Other then that, a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay.
