Nice hotel, very centrally located, it smells smoke in the corridor from the casino, and in the first room (207), so I've had to change the room, which was nice and smell free (104), great breakfast, which was at their syster hotel just around the corner.

Not a 4 star experience I expected. Hotel curtains were broken which meant we could draw them at night. They got fixed once but they broke immediately again and staff was not interested in fixing them again. Rooms are hot and it’s not possible to sleep with the window open due to the noise. Every night we had to call the reception to switch the heating off in our room, no AC. Hotel is opposite a nightclub which is very noise until 4 am most nights. Lots of loud music and people shouting on the street. Limited toiletries.

Very well located hotel in old town, close to public transportation, touristic sites and restaurants. Although clean, the room was dated. It had a safety box but no mini fridge. It had a good bath, a comfy bed but terrible pillows (tall and full of polyester insert). There was a 5 minute walk parking lot at around 20usd per day. Personnel were kind.

The Hotel Unicus is a gem! Incredible location just two blocks off the main square but also on the side of the train station. We got to and from the train station in about 10 minutes while strolling with our rolling bags. Anything you need is steps away. Our room was HUGE and modern. Staff were lovely. They even provided us with early check-in. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat if anything brought us back to Krakow. Big thumbs up from this family.

Hotel staff was excellent. There was an issue with my room the first night and it was dealt with immediately. I traveled alone and part of the reason I booked this hotel was 24 hour front desk staffing. I wanted a hotel where I felt safe and secure. The hotel staff spoke fluent english and were very professional. They assisted me in making travel reservations to and from the airport. I stayed in a single room and found the room very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The property was within walking distance of the attractions and close by to bars and restaurants, I wouldn’t rate the hotel 4 star and the bedroom photos are deceiving on their website, the room was small but bathroom was amazing, it was clean and the rooms cleaned daily. There’s isn’t a bar as states on the website, breakfast was just ok. I would stay here again because of the location

Beautiful hotel very clean, but I was on the first floor facing a bar which was very very loud at night. Thankfully, I had earplugs so I was able to sleep well. I did not receive any VIP benefits. Location is perfect and staff very friendly and kind.

Super hotel in a perfect area of the Old Town. End of November visit for the Christmas markets and it did not disappoint. Rooms are toasty with enough space and everything you need for a long weekend. Breakfast also great, in fact better than expected. Will be recommending to others. If in doubt don’t be, book it!

This was an excellent location for sightseeing, proximity to the train station, and shopping. Krakow Galeria is very nearby, as are many other shops and excellent restaurants.
Very close to the Renaissance Marketplace Sukkenice, St. Mary's Church, and a short walk to the Jagellonian University. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean, well maintained. Pleasant and informative front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Under doesn't cover into the old town but you can arrange a taxi with the hotel out walk cl for 7 minutes to the Uber pickup place which is very easy even with luggage.
The hotel is really nice and clean. The fitness sauna was clean every struggle time we used it(4 days). Clean towels and tidy room every day on our way back to the hotel. We were in floor 4 and the view was nice! Quite for being so close to the main square. We didn't get the hotel breakfast since their are way too many good options of traditional restaurants around the area. It's a 40 minute walk to the Schindler' factory, or a 17 minute walk to wltgr Wawel Castle 🏰.

This is a great property conveniently located in the old city. Its a 10 minute walk from the central station. The hotel property itself is very nice, updated modern facilities and great staff. They offered a 15% discount at a nearby restaurant which was great. Only issue is that this area of the old city has bars and cafes where the revelers make lots of noise until after 2:00 a.m. It is bothersome and intrusive for folks who want to sleep.
