The room was super comfortable and the location perfect!

This is a lovely quiet hotel close to the main square - about 5 to 10 minutes walk. 10-15 minute walk from the main train station. We had a good sized double room for 2 nights that suited our needs during our stay. We were in the city to visit places of interest and we had a great time. We weren't in the hotel much, as we wanted to explore the city although the hotel was lovely

Rooms where fine. Cold - and impossible to heat up. But overall fine. Service in restaurant great. But reception : horrible. Got really sick and had to go to a hospital - instead of calling an ambulance I was recommended to take a taxi. The address provided by the receptionist was to the administration of a hospital - they hadn’t had patients for 8 years. So I was sick and lost - fortunately a young girl came by and got me to the hospital (25 minutes away from the address provided). A lot of waiting at the reception - it seemed like the receptionist always was busy with people complaining about wrong invoices. English level could also be improved. Cleaning was okay - but found a black hair in the sink the first day and one in the bathtub the next. l expected more from a 5* hotel.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel !!! I have been visiting Wroclaw regularly for years and this time I decided to stay in this hotel. Absolutely terrible experience at this so-called 5 star hotel. The room was dirty, the carpet needs changing and very bad used furniture. I had the most horrific experience on my first night. It was raining outside and to my horror the glass ceiling in my room was leaking, rainwater was dripping on my face. As if that wasn't bad enough I found that my open suitcase with my clothes were soaking wet!!! We received another room but nothing more!!! I only used the hotel parking lot for one night and had to pay for it after everything that happened. NO COMPENSATION !!! Definitely not worth the money , do not waste your time staying here. DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN !!!

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Let me tell you why.. We booked to nights here, and arrived evening the first night. The rooms are made entirely of glass windows and the temp. Outside on the day around 30 degrees. Inside the room you can guess is very very warm. And then the air condition doesn’t work! We tell the staff! But nobody at work at that point who can fix it. The fridge in the apartment doesn’t work either. So we have 55€ worth of food going bad instantly! We managed to get a few hours of sleep, and then get to the prepaid breakfast. That breakfast is then limited! So if you want the good parts of the breakfast you have to pay more! I kid you not! Again we were promised our air conditioner would be fixed, and the fridge also. We go city looking and after a long day in 30+ degrees we get back to the hotel, To find out the air conditioning didn’t get fixed. The fridge not either. We are told they don’t have other rooms. So at 19:30 we need to take our stuff and leave the hotel and find another hotel. The staff is rude, and unprofessional. We haven’t bin given any refunds at all. No help from Hotels.Com either. Manager at hotel never calls us back. Tried calling the hotel several times. All staffers are like “we don’t care” !

There is no spa - there is one lady who does massage… it’s a very average hotel, definitely not 5 stars

This property had a good location with about a 10 minute walk to the town square. Where there was plenty to do, see, and eat. The area was quiet and the property had a parking area which was nice since we had a rental car. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet was not very good. The selection was quite limited and when I asked for an omelet I got a runny uncooked mess. No jelly for the croissants, no toasters and no yogurt. Overall the service was ok and they did the best they could with what they have.

The best thing about this hotel is the beautiful building it's located in. Otherwise, in my experience, it doesn't meet the bar for a 5* hotel - the tub didn't drain when we got there and required 2 tech visits; knobs in the shower were missing plastic elements and other small things

I arrived and immediately disliked the vibe, the location of the hotel, and the fact that the hotel was older than I expected (I thought it would be a bit more modern, to be honest). After receiving the key, I had to go through the dining hall to get to my room, which felt off. Upon opening the door, I found that the room was a mess, left over from the previous guest. I was already not keen on the vibe there, so this was the last straw. I went back to the lobby and asked if they could kindly refund some of the fee, even though it was a non-refundable stay. I felt that if the hotel were service/customer-oriented, they might be willing to issue some refund, but they did not. To this day, I have not received anything. Sorry, but I will never set foot here again.

Terrible service. Unfriendly staff. Everything we asked for was a NO. Room reeking of smoke. Will never come back.

Basically just ok, not a five star in our opinion, sent them an email 2 days previously to arrange something for my husbands birthday but no reply whatsover, hotel is tired in places, it didnt feel special at all

Awesome place, great rooms and location. 4 minutes walk to Central Square.

Very spacious rooms. Clean and quiet. Less then 5 min walk to main square. Breakfast is plentiful but if you are not s big eater there are many options less then 5 min away. Make sure your coffee maker is working!

Nice hotel with excellent location. Rooms were ok, but we had an issue with AC. The room was too hot. After two tries they ad more power to the hotels cooling system, and problem was solved, Friendly staff. Breakfast was moderate, sometimes you have to wait get your orders.

Overall great stay for the $ with in walkable distance to old town. Front desk staff needs to be more warm and happy as they provide first hotel impressions to arrival guests.

What a horror story this property. Extremely old and poorly kept, definitely not a 5-star property, not only for the property but especially for the complete lack of services amenities and personnel. Speaking about the personnel, they were extremely rude and unhelpful both front office and housekeeping. We decided to check out earlier in order to avoid spoiling the rest of our holiday. Stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy Wroclaw.

We only stayed for one night, but the 5 star rating is deceiving. I feel bad to say that I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star hotel. There’s no ramp to go down to the lobby/ front desk from the main entrance for those who have rolling luggages or strollers, only stairs and a wheelchair elevator. It was pretty empty in terms of staff and guests. The room was spacious and clean but the pillows barely held its form and the bedsheets were coming off the bed. The location was nice and quiet, close in proximity to the Market Square, mall, and park.

Lovely 3 night stay at the Granary Suite Hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Had a garden room in the older part where of the hotel which was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Short walk into the town square which meant it was far enough to be nice and quiet in the evening. Didn’t have a chance to eat in for dinner but couldn’t fault the breakfast buffet. Whole place was clean and well presented.

Great location, clean, high class rooms.

Great location for our preferences: near the city center but in a calmer area, and also easy access for our next destination. Really interesting design caught our attention and curiosity. Spacious room with big comfortable bed and bathtub were things we really loved. Nice sofa and TV were a plus. On a negative side TV didn't work at the beginning but it was swiftly fixed while we were enjoying our adventures, and that's something we truly appreciated. Bathroom door knob was also loose but for us that was a minor annoyance. Bigger issue for us was that AC was set quite warm and we were not able to adjust it despite several tries. In general really nice stay and we could go again.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms where spacious and well furnished. The best part was the breakfasts. Really great food every day. Highly recommend and will be using for future business travel.

Friendly staff, large rooms with plenty of furniture. Good location, walking distance to old town. However, there is no lift access from street level to the lobby - you must carry luggage down a flight of black stairs backlit by harsh led strips with little overhead lighting which makes it very difficult to see the steps when going up and down. Also, the wheelchair lift was not in working order when we were there, so that wasn’t an option for the seniors in our group who had trouble navigating the stairs. The hotel parking loy is very small with room for less than ten vehicles.

Convenient location

A beautiful hotel in a converted granary. We loved the spacious rooms and original features. Easy walking distance to the centre of Wroclaw.

We enjoyed our stay at the Granary. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Would certain stay again on our next visit.
