I was there for an event that was organized by another team. The staff are very courteous and efficient. The hotel beautiful and well maintained. My room was gorgeous and comfortable. I definitely recommend a stay here.

This place is a treasure. Everything is clean, well-furnished, and in the best taste. Every staff member was polite, helpful, and fun. I would recommend everyone should stay here. Van service was so helpful. You felt like you were in someones home. So Charming.

All of the staff at every level was very nice. Loved having the shuttle service into town and the drivers were all friendly. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I have visited Nantucket many times over the years and we prefer to stay at the Nantucket Inn. Though ownership of the Inn has changed through the years, the high quality of friendly staff and service, property maintenance, cleanliness of rooms and facilities, and affordability relative to other places on Nantucket in the prime summer season has remained consistently very good and desirable as an acceptable option. Conveniently located close to the Nantucket Memorial Airport, the Nantucket Inn provides complimentary shuttle services throughout the day and evening into the town center and beaches for guests who choose not to rent a vehicle. And, of course, there are abundant taxis and Ubers available for hire. Being familiar with the island, we prefer to rent a vehicle. The most affordable car rental place is the Nantucket Windmill Auto Rental located in the lobby of the airport. The Nantucket Inn can also arrange for bicycle rentals. For bike riders, Nantucket has an abundance of paved bicycle paths all over the island. The town center is a short 3 mile drive, ride, or walk from the Nantucket Inn.

Beautiful renovation to rooms and communal areas. Aircraft audible outside room during daytime. However no sound within rooms and very quiet at night. Footsteps could be heard from upstairs room. Rooms set around tranquil picturesque courtyards. However backs of rooms have windows on to bleak car parking areas. Outdoor pool is pleasant but feels a little run down compared to the renovated rooms and main hotel building. Reliable free transfers in to town. Staff a little unfriendly and abrupt. A good value option for Nantucket. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay, the staff and rooms and amenities were great! Location is not ideal for wanting to spend most of the time in town, but is convenient for anyone who felt to the island. Only suggestions would be better food available in the cafe for the price. As the only food option on site, it was really not great (bagel and cream cheese was $8 I think, but was clearly a frozen bagel, not fresh, and packet of cream cheese. The avocado toast also wasn’t avocado, rather guacamole type spread, and was overpriced and didn’t taste good) Also, it would be nice if they had bike rentals or to borrow given their distance to town. However we LOVED the shuttle service, so convenient and appreciated the frequency. The drivers we had were all great too. Lovely hotel and stay overall!

Price gouged unfortunately. I get idea of "surge pricing" etc but our unplanned (due to flight cancellation) one night stay at this 2-3 star property wound up costing close to the 5-star property I picked for our 2nd unplanned extra night. Staff etc were pleasant. Price point and especially the pricing premium for emergency conditions were the problem.

Rooms are lovely as is reception and staft. You need the shuttle just to get away. There is a lack of any outdoor space to chill except a well-worn pool area and it’s noisy opposite the airport. It looked picture perfect but I really won’t come back due to location and lack of anything homely. Disappointed

This is a great property and close to the Nantucket airport. The distance from town is a little far but they do provide a scheduled shuttle to town and the beach. The staff members there are friendly and helpful.

Loved this hotel. It is a little out of the way but worth the price. They do everything possible to shuttle you to the downtown area throughout the day and evening. Our room was nicely remodeled. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor with no elevators.

The lobby was pretty, and the shuttle service was appreciated, but the service wasn’t the friendliest.
Note to families: there were some strange rules about swimming (they wouldn’t let’s kids under 10 swim beyond 3ft deep) and they wouldn’t let kids in the jacuzzi even with an adult. Our children are on swim teams so this was a bummer. On a positive note, the pool shower/ locker room were convenient after checkout and time at the beach.
The coffee shop onsite was convenient and fresh, but $6 for a plain coffee seemed overpriced even for on-island dining as did a $19 glass of white wine. The rooms were clean, but it felt more like an airport motel than a hotel. I get that pilots are coming and going and this is probably a great option for them since there is nothing else that close by.
For $750/night, I would expect more, but ACK is $$$ and it was a holiday week.

The property was so amazing. Indoor and outdoor pool. Had dining option for breakfast and lunch. Shuttle service was great. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. Will definitely be staying here again!!
