The hotel rooms differs. Comfort depends on the room size and location. There is no lift. In one of the room there was a desk but with small fridge under so it was not possoble to sit and work. The other room has separate room with desk. It was more convenient. There are not enough electricity sockets. Overall the location is perfect, breakfast good and there is more like home atmosphere as the hotel is small.

Great location, easy check in and out. We enjoyed the breakfast at property as well.
The room was very small, we could hardly turn around in it, and it had a computer screen size TV. The bed took most of the space. The room was not worth the cost.

Very pleasant stay at Villa Sedan. The location is great. Very close to everything, but nicely tucked away on a side street. Easy walking to shops, sea, restaurants and pubs. The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and even let me check-in a few hours early (which was very kind of them). The downside was construction on a building nextdoor. The hotel has no control over this, but was ashame if you're interested in resting inside between 9am-6pm. The noise was unavoidable. The carpet and fixtures could be updated. But overall very happy with my stay and would recommend to others.

The room assigned to us had two very small twin beds wnen our booking stated a double bed. The room itself was tiny, almost claustorphobic. We did only book it the day before, but if we had known that the only room left was a tiny twin room, we would not have taken it. Breakfast was okay but nothing to get excited about

Our, approximate, 12th stay in this Hotel since 2007. It has changed little in this time - more modern breakfast room perhaps. Biggest difference is the loss of the dining room to become a spa. The location is excellent for getting out and about. Only drawback - and not the fault of the hotel - is some noise late in the evening from the pub and nightclub close by. Staff as friendly as ever.

Hotel located in a small old villa near the beach but also to the main entertainment street of Sopot. Just oposite is also late hours opened restaurant. Result of that was that it is very loud during the whole night so hard to sleep. Beds are in the "old fashion" and not too much comfortable. Cleaning agents used for rooms cleaning are agressive and with acid smell which last ( simmilar to the IBIS if you know what i mean). Also very loud pop music from the kitchen from 7.am and smell of foods being prepared. ( at least in my room no.111). However staff friendly, car park available which is a plus. By the way hotel have two stars not three as shown in the portal.

Basic hotel with all you need. They even have room service with lovely food! Close to village center and beach as well as walking distance to train station.

I loved this hotel! At the entrance there is a plaque stating that it is a 2 star hotel. But for me it seemed worth at least 3. The carpet in the room was super soft and I even wanted to walk barefoot on it. There were electric kettle and tea, bottled water (water from a tap was also fine), small sewing kit and shoe sponge, hair dryer. The bed was a bit squeaky. Upon arrival it was a bit cold in the room, but it is possible to regulate the heating on the radiator and to warm the room up.
The staff was very helpful, can easily communicate in English.
The breakfast are good. I liked the pie.
The hotel has paid parking.
The location is very good. Outside the hotel you can immediately see the Crooked House and from there it is just a short walk to the pier and beach.

The Sedan is located just a few steps away from the main street. They have an enclosed parking lot (at a cost) just outside the hotel. There is no lift and steps up to the reception. We were swiftly checked in by a friendly lady although we arrived early. Nice room, good wifi, comfortable beds and very clean. Thankfully, it was airconditioned (30° outside!). The breakfast (not included in our room price) was good, lots of choices. Would stay again.

Location very good one street back from main street exceptionally clean breakfast was fine we didnt use it after first day just personnal choice,room was lovely tad small ensuite tv kettle in room tv also i would recommend hotel sedan and sopot in general lovely clean place not expensive either.

Good, central location if you want to be close to the "action" (but clearly not a quiet location at any time of the day) Room cosy and functional, only thing we missed was a balcony. Comfortable bed. Did not try the breakfast. Rented bikes at the hotel which was both convenient & not very expensive. Service minded & friendly staff.

We ended up here when the hotel right off the pier was booked. While from the map, we thought it might be a bit farther from everything than we originally wanted, in actuality it was almost perfect. Less than 100m from the Main Street and plaza, and 3 minutes to the pier. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and everything we needed. Highly recommend

We have stayed in several hotels in Sopot and this one is definitely the best. Its warm and friendly with great staff, great food and a marvellous location. Moreover, you dont have to pay inflated over-expensive prices as in those newer Americanised hotels which have no Polish character. Wonderful in every way!

What more can I say then for the price and location I don't think any hotel can beat the sedan. Staff were very helpful and informative and this hotel very much deserves its trip advisor award!

It is rather a bed&breakfast than a hotel, and as such it is very nice. Our room was very small but cozy. Excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant with a wide selection of food and drinks. Perfect location one block from "Monciak: (Heroes of Monte Casino St), a few blocks from the beach and "Molo" pier, walking distance to SKM station, with several restaurants, bars, stores near by.
