Efficient business hotel with great breakfast buffet. Very comfy beds & aircon, good hot water & shower pressure. Our family suite was perfect for our family of 4. Prompt staff in the curt Porto way. Many restos with lunch specials nearby. Stashed our rental car in onsite parking (€12/day) and Ubered to all the sights: Ribeiro, Gaia, Lello, and snazzy Norteshopping (Fogo de Chao AYCE rodizio!). We'd stay here again, or any of the HF hotels in Porto.
Nothing, everything was great. Note there is no art or deco in the rooms (business hotel), in a commercial area (not touristy) and the desks showed signs of wear, which didn't bother us at all.

De tudo. Da simpatia, da localização, da limpeza. Os quartos são grandes e muito silenciosos.
A estadia foi na noite do casamento, chegamos às 4h e perguntamos se seria possível sair um pouco mais tarde. O staff foi bastante simpático e disse que conseguia dar-nos 1h extra, o que nos permitiu dormir mais um pouco.
Infelizmente o parque de estacionamento não tem entrada direta para o hotel.

Não informaram como funcionava o sistema de ar condicionado e ficou muito quente, mas prontamente disponibilizaram novo quarto e foram excecionais em tudo. Obrigado e bem hajam

The hotel is quite good and the position is good as well. It is clean and quite.
The gym is very bad for a 4* hotel. It is at the 10th floor and badly equipped with cheap dechatlon weights and planks. The stuff could be a bit more welcoming and smiling.

The hotel was exactly as described in the announcement. The location is calm but near the main streets of downtown Porto and highways to the Douro region or the south. The cordiality of the staff was impressive.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, buffet style. Staff were very pleasant.
More milk left in the rooms to make a cup of tea/coffee.

The hotel is very nice overall. Location is pretty good, facilities are modernized, staff is quite kind.
The room was very very hot during the night... we had to open the window and turn on the room AC. With the window open, there was too much noise and the AC did not had a mid-term, it was either too cold or too hot. So it was a complicated night... which was unfortunate.
The breakfast was very good, in terms of food, but the room... too small for the number of people in there. I don't understand the need.

Parking lot is paid and there is limited number of places which made it a bit stressful. Besides, the floor of our room was not that clean.

The air conditioning was under repair and did not work. Opening the window let in street noise. I had hot days without air conditioning.
