Great spot! Surreal location and vibe.

The hotel was fantastic, great pool, sun beds & evening music. The shuttle service to st tropez and the beach clubs was excellent & upon request.

Great room but gravel on the walks to get there (ruining any expensive shoes). Sewer smell on the back terrace. Very helpful staff but inexperience at 5-star hotels.

I loved staying at Hotel Sezz, the welcome was smiley, friendly and warm. The staff all seemed to recognise you and remember your preferences, they were so professional and in a very ‘gentille ‘ way. Trės sympa.

It was very clean, good calm vibe. Good service. Loved the proximity to marina and free hotel shuttle to town and beach.

Outstanding property and service. Cannot fault anything. Such friendly staff. Complimentary room upgrade on check in. Welcome cocktail on arrival at the pool. Very special mention to the concierge Yannick who very pleasantly arranged so much for us (Beach club reservations, dinner reservations, taxis etc etc) and also another member of staff, who drove the shuttle, unfortunately cannot remember this gentleman’s name but he was from Normandy or Brittany I think. Really beautiful pool area. Restaurant looked lovely unfortunately we did not have time to try it. Very spacious rooms. Great outdoor shower aswell as indoor. Need a better full length mirror in the bedroom. Location is 10 minutes drive outside Saint Tropez village and approx same from Beach clubs. Complimentary hotel shuttle runs continually at your request until midnight.

Hotel Sezz is a wonderful, luxury hotel situated nicely between the town of St. Tropez and the beaches. The convienent, free shuttle to the beaches and town make the isolated nature of the hotel and after thought.

SEZZ is the perfect place to relax in tranquility and style with large modern but cosy „Villas“ and a 100% perfect service with friendly staff, good food and little things like free shuttle and bikes!

Just perfect in every possible way. A refreshing and modern take on the 5 star experience.

Found a few insects in the bathroom & bed, but overall a really nice room & would recommend.

Our plan to celebrate our 25th anniversary at the Maldives had to change because of sad family circumstances. What place in Europe could be a good alternative for the Maldives? There is ONE place, and that is called SEZZ in Saint Tropez! All the staff is so very friendly and they all make you feel special. Professionals without showing that; then you’re a real professional! Our “basic” room was far from basic. It has everything what you need for a romantic holiday. The showers and the bath are super. The bed was the best i ever slept in and the private garden with its jasmin is a small paradise. We really wanted some hiking around Saint Tropez. The surroundings are perfect for that anyway, but the staff was so very helpfull planning some beautiful places and they even brought us by shuttle to our startingpoint. A big 10 or A+ for this hotel. We are sure that we will get back there. Maybe our 30th anniversary?

I dont usually take the time to write a note, but this hotel and the staff deserve one! I travel the world for business and pleasure, this hotel is a true 5 star hotel. Service is impeccable, they pay attention to details, their system is very well thought out and put together. Bravo! Special thanks to Quentin and Theo, sorry we kept you so late for our last dinner at Colette and after drinks, we lost track of time and you did not even tell us we stayed way passed your shift! Cant wait to go back soon!

The best staff, especially the concierge, weve had in a long time. Location is about 5 min complementary shuttle from the hotel. Pool atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are VERY quiet even though the hotel was full. Modern. Really cant say enough about the staff and the facility.

Hotel and staff were top notch. Concierge was extremely helpful in getting into the beach clubs and the shuttle service was the best way to get there.

Of the 5 star hotels we stayed at during our trip, this is the only hotel I would not recommend or go back to. Overall it very disappointing. This is a hotel that doesn't deliver value for money and fails on the basics. As soon as we saw the room we were appalled by the rock hard bed and knew we couldn't sleep on it. The staff said they were able to switch it for a normal mattress the following day, but the first night left us both tired, stiff and with a sore back. Why anyone would deliberately furnish a hotel with beds this hard is absurd. None of any of the other fabulous hotels we stayed in on the trip were uncomfortable and it demonstrates an arrogant lack of empathy (or sadism) on the part of the owners of the hotel. Other guests at the hotel also mentioned how hard the beds were and how badly they had slept. The breakfast was overpriced and very disappointing. The lunch was better. The pool area is pretty. Bizarrely, the paths are made of deep gravel, which ensures everyone's shoes get scratched and covered with white dust as they walk from their rooms to the lobby every night. The shuttle service at the hotel is excellent and the concierge were good, however if you don't get the basics right these will not convince guests to return to the hotel.

Great place for an escape. A very cozy hotel, with nice pools side. Food was great and all the service was very fast and professional. Staff is very polite and helpfull

The pool setting is beautiful. The room was very clean and functional. We really appreciated the Nespresso maker. We also appreciated the terrific staff, paticularly the helpful and friendly conceirge.

the hotel was beautiful and very cool from a design perspective. the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. upon checkin you are offerred a drink and are treated like kings. the only drawback, however, was the location. the hotel is about 5 km from the city center and at first when you arrive you feel very much out of the way and away from all the action. the hotel offers shuttle service to dowtown and when you are done for the day or evening you can call them and they will pick you up. the shuttle is actually a very nice SUV and is quickly available. thus if you are going for rest and relaxation its a perfect place but if you want to be in the heart of st tropez this might not be your place. we foolishly checked out and went to byblos for the night but then regreted our decision and came back to sezz.
