I came in town for the National Dog Show. This is my favorite property in the area, I will continue to book here in the future. The rooms and service are exceptional.
There is plenty of food and shopping nearby as well as a casino.

Over the course of our trip the maids never cleaned our room, we requested clean towels from the maid and was told no, asked for the shower gels to be filled, they were empty, it never happened, had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper as very little was in the room. Hotel stayed on line they had room service and restaurant and they did not. Very unprofessional

It's a nice room, but I see two red/pink stains on the carpet.
My daughter and her friends enjoyed staying while I was there for the sweet 16 birthday party. They had a great time!

Whenever we’re in King of Prussia we visit Hyatt Place for a overnight get away or shopping trip. Front Desk clerks are always so nice and accommodating, especially Lawrence. He asked us if we were enjoying our stay and engaged us in polite conversation. He reminded me since I’m a member I have late checkout at 2pm. Our room was clean and the sheets smelled so good. Beds were comfortable! Firm like I prefer. Breakfast was very tasty. Certainly a home away from home.

Very close to a lot of Philadelphia area attractions. The hotel is modern with so many great restaurants close by at the KOP mall which is a 2 minute drive. Our room was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Thanks to the amazing staff we had a great stay.

I read some mixed reviews about this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised with how great my stay was. The room was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a very nice layout. Staff was friendly and it was in a great location.

First I want to say the staff was helpful and kind. No complaints there. It was the room. Stsins on yhe couch. Red blotches on the floor. The cleanser or air freshener they used was overpowering. I got into my room late on the first night so I didn't want to change rooms that late ( it was offered). I was out all day the next day and when I got back it was still overpowering.

Looks clean but as you try to sleep you can hear rodents in the walls and it’s unnerving. Check out you can stand there and the CSR will just look at you in stead of asking if you need help.

Fake advertising with hot tub- this hotel DOES NOT have a hot tub. Breakfast was ok at the best. Hot food
Was cold. The elevator didnt work half of the time- had to wait forever for it. Beds were good, linen clean and comfy. Pool was ok- towels were never restocked. We tried to order on demand movie but couldnt- supposedly previous guest was still logged in? They couldnt fixed it so we couldnt buy a movie to watch at night for kids.

I spent a day in the KOP area for a conference. This was ideally located close by. The staff was truly amazing. I was warmly greeted when I walked in. The bed was comfortable and the room was large, clean and well appointed.

The room needs a deep cleaning. There were stains in the carpet, on the walls, the bathroom floor and shower. The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. The digital tv channels did not work, so the only option we had for viewing was the news and cartoons from the antenna. The size of the room was nice and so was the breakfast.
