parking. I am disabled and the parking was way up a hill and far from the door.

the hotel was very clean went you walk in, I went to my room, I love the setting and the bed was very comfortable

I didn’t like that the front desk did not explain that you need your key for the elevator to go up, one of the customers in the hotel came to help me and he told me the first time went he came in he taught the elevator was not working,

We had dinner in the restaurant the food was late getting to us. In the morning we need to attend a tournament so we were afraid that it was going to be late ,so we decided to leave and have breakfast someone else

They charge me more than the Bookings quote. The hotel manager said they would change it later, but so far nothing. Bookings need to make sure Hotels respect the price they offer.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.

There is nothing they could improve on.
