It is rare to find the hotel with such an impeccable service and friendly staff. This almost perfect hotel only lacks its own gourmet restaurant to make your stay even more memorable.

The last of the family run hotels on the lake. Everything is a labor of love - the view is outstanding the breakfast is amazing the service is gracious
Also sometimes hotel pics are not representative of the actual place - in this case it’s even better
We stayed in rm 208 and had 2 pre teen kids with us and the sofa bed and trundle bed were great for them
(We are bit of a picky American tourists with pretty high standards)
Plenty of on premise parking - the pool is immaculate and the grounds are gorgeous
Also within 8 mins walk is an awesome lake front promenade with restaurants and retail
Also one of the few places we stayed in Italy where the room air conditioning works !!

From the minute we checked in, this stay was fantastic. Service from the staff was exceptional, they were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. I include all of the staff here, from check-in to restaurant (although being a family business, they often doubled up) to maids.
Aside from the staff, the premises are stunning in terms of decor and space, and this is one of the best swimming pools I have seen in a hotel this size.
I have a history of auditing and reviewing hotels for the travel industry, and I honestly believe it doesn't, and couldn't, get better than this.

The property is stunning and the views are incredible. The room was gorgeous and spacious and had a great view of the lake. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. Walkable to the center of town (about a 15/20 minute walk) on a promenade that goes over the main road. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, the grounds, common areas, views and pool were amazing. Located in a quiet area but walkable to the main parts of town. Our suite was spacious with great views. the staff was very warm and accommodating. Loved everything and would stay here again!

Gorgeous hotel about 20 mins from the town and ferries to other areas of Lake Garda. The staff are wonderful, friendly and cannot do enough for you. The suite was just beautiful with lots of artwork on the ceiling and walks as well around the hotel. The hotel grounds are delightful lots of shady areas around the car park. The pool and deck are have lots of sun beds with shade as required. Overall fantastic and I cannot wait to go back.

This hotel was amazing! One of the best I have ever been to.
The staff was very nice and helped us allot with planning activities in the area.
They were also nice enough to get us soy milk for breakfast :)
The location is good but you must have a car to get around. There is also a couple of min. walk uphill from the parking to the hotel entrance but during check-in/out you can bring the car to the entrance.

Just returned from a 5 day stay and the word "excellent" accurately describe this hotel. From the moment you arrive all of the staff are most helpful and friendly. You feel welcome at all times and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and facilities are first class and the setting, overlooking lake Garda, is just wonderful. The rooms are spacious with fabulous views of the lake and breakfast is first class, albeit a continental breakfast. There is a road in front of the hotel and there is a bit of traffic noise at times but do not let this put you off. It is not a problem and in any case ALL of the hotels along the lake are by the side of this road. We would highly recommend this hotel and it is one we will definitely go back to.
