Staff's genuine friendliness. The food.

The minibar selection. The lack of phone in room to order room service. The room door did not close all the way, leaving it beeping. The design of the bathroom. The big pic of the forest. The art in the corridors.

Very good

Clean and spacious room, very good breakfast that was about as unaffected by corona as it gets, many hotels have reduced their offering blaming covid but not here (good signage about keeping your distance and a bottle of disinfection by the entrance, great! ) room was nice and well kept.

Check-in was a bit confusing, Reception was marked as down the hall from the entrance, but reaching this it was closed and guests directed to the restaurant for check-in so had to double-back and turn right at the entrance, did not notice a sign about this at the entrance.
