Clean and simple hotel. The 24/7 coffee in the lobby was wonderful and the staff was helpful. Check-in took over 20 minutes even though it was after 3pm, but the room wasn't ready yet.

Clean, basic, no frills. Biggest issue is the paper thin walls and low water pressure. You hear every step and scrape of someone moving their chair. Next door is a gym and you’ll also hear the music blaring for classes starting quite early alongside the teacher screaming “encouragement”. Area has some walkable restaurants if you’re willing to cross busy roads. Until 5 pm they have a shuttle that will take you downtown. Stayed as this location due to its proximity to an event I was attending and the convenience was worth it.

We stayed there for the 3rd annual Petanque tournament of San Luis Potosi. It was a fine experience. I have two suggestions: 1) make sure staff have local area maps to show people how to walk to local shops, restaurants, etc. 2) make sure staff have recommendations for various types of restaurants. We were happy to take Uber to restaurants but we could not get many recommendations of where to go.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and confortable. Very friendly staffs and the breakfast was very nice too. Fresh fruits, fresh eggs, muffins and lovely espresso coffee.

It took the front desk about 15 min to get their system updated on my hotels.com reservation... apparently because of the time of arrival 12:05 am... other than that this is a clean convenient hotel for quick stays

We had never stayed at this particular City Express, but we were positively impressed. The staff were friendly, the romos were ample enough (though the two twin beds are kind of cramped), and best of all, the breakfast buffet includes the best granola in the world: Lusy.

Staff was welcoming but certainly not anything impressive or outstanding.The room was absolutely horrendous. It was on the main floor, next to the laundry room and cleaning facilities so every morning at 4am I got my own personal wake up call when cleaning staff arrived or shifts changed. I can still remember the sound of the heavy shoes past my door each morning before all the hubbub started. When I complained about that to the staff at the end of my stay, the only response was a deer-in-headlights oh. I got the impression that my room was used for staff but when needed, guests would use it.

Hotel is simple with no frills or extra luxury; as such rooms are decent, clean and practical. Hotel is fairly new and is well kept. Stayed there multiple times and always received great service. Location is convenient if you are going to be around the University area of the city (West), if you are mostly visiting the Industrial area (SE) you are better off staying somewhere else. Included breakfast has a small variety but is enough to get you through the morning. Hotel has a small gym with one treadmill machine, one elliptical machine, and one stationary bike.

We arrived at the noon and the crew recived us pretty good, the room has big space in case of desk working, the bathroom is comforable and big, it's ideal if you are visiting the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi it is right across the street, around you will find some malls and it neear from the main roud to the occidental part of the country.
