Wonderful hotel very centrally located to all. The staff was great, we took advantage of the Spa which was very relaxing. The Casino portion was also great.

A standard room at Wind Creek is nice. Very much a standard hotel room. It's spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We arrived two hours after the check-in time and still had to wait an hour for our room to be ready.

Fantastic for sure..Enjoyed ourselves immensely.Room was great.Rented a scooter for mom made it so much more easy for her to get around. Thank you Wind Creek

Terrific hotel! Comfortable beds. Saw the Skillet concert and having a room right there was great. I made the mistake of getting a smoking room and what a mistake it was. Room smelled horrible. But again, it was a smoking room. They did mention they could clean the room for me again. Which there was no need. Very friendly staff and all. Would definitely stay again!

Checking in was easy and the front desk staff was amazing. The room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. However, all night there was a high pitched noise lasting anywhere from 30-40 seconds every couple of minutes which didn’t allow me to sleep. My husband even heard it this morning and we were able to confirm it wasn’t coming from outside (train tracks are close but we didn’t hear them when they were moving). The succulents in the room were nearly dead (poor things needed some TLC)!

Manager was friendly and gave great customer service.

Everything was great for our 24th anniversary but the last day. We ordered room service today 9/8/24 and it’s our anniversary. The food came on a tray not a rolling table. Yesterday it came on a table. Today which is more meaningful to us, we had to eat separately. No table in room to fit our plates. My husband had small table between chairs which was the size of 15” circle. I had to use an end table. Of all the years of room service, this was the 1st time we didn’t have a table to eat on. Plus we pay so much to be in this beautiful hotel to have no table smh. We were told limited table only used for bigger group. A grand hotel like this had no room tables? This is my one complaint and he told me to mention it’s my anniversary next time. It doesn’t matter. No one deserves to eat at an end table separate from your spouse. Other thing we really liked our check in girl but said she gave us a better view but it wasn’t. It was a view of hotel AC rooftop units. She apologized and offered to move us. We were already unpacked. So we declined her offer. We will go again. Restaurants delicious food. Knowledgeable staff of history of steel industry. Very interesting.

Have more entertainment during the week, was bored with just alcohol and slots. More reasonable priced table games. 5 dollar blackjack, not 50.

Room was dirty. Hair on carpet, in bathroom, in shower. Sheets were dirty. The manager assured me that this was not their usual standard. On the plus side, the Event Center has really good acts and this hotel is the best place to stay for a show. Staff were really nice.

The location was perfect. The room and facilities were very good. These made for a very nice stay.

Check in was lacking. We had never stayed there before and the desk person did not explain anything. Where can we eat, what time are things open until. We were also disappointed that the pool was not open

The hotel is beautiful! Modern and clean! I was able to check in earlier than expected and they also gave me a late check out! Every person I encountered was super friendly and helpful! My room was better than expected! Bright clean modern and large! I will definitely be back!

my room smelled weird was the first thing I noticed , the door wouldn't close unless you pulled or pushed on it , so it was easy to leave unlocked nowhere near enough carts for your luggage , but the bed was nice

Very nice arena would like to return when there is more stores in the mall and maybe more open around the hotel. Very cool with all the old steel yard surrounding it.

EVERY worker at this establishment was SO pleasant. From the valet, check-in desk, waitresses, bartenders - everyone we interacted with was helpful, insightful, kind, and lighthearted. They made the experience 10/10. The hotel was beautiful & clean. Great little getaway & not an astronomical price, either!

We staid at Windcreek for a Musik Festival. The hotel is impeccable and service is amazing. Audrey at the reception was super helpful. My only complaint is that they only have one bartender at their cocktails bar and the wait for a drink was over 45 minutes.

It was a great experience. Beautiful room, clean, many things to do with the family, great customer service.
