The room and property were in in of repair and painting. Cleanliness was sub standard.

This hotel is totally mis advertised. Even the smoke alarm was fully disconnected in our room. Terrible.

I did not like it I stayed there for three days no room services at all . Water coming out the fridge make the carpet wet . The tub wasn't working properly.

Just what we needed

Travelodge shoved signs of use, carpets in hallways need a good shapoo or replacement. Room and bathroom very clean, bed linnen and towls excellenmt. A very good deal and it included breakfast.

Noting

It did not seem like a safe place. There were people loitering the parking lot area right in front of the rooms. The continental breakfast did not have much choice. The hot food did not look appetizing. Our tub did not drain very well. No fan in the bathroom. Towels were still wet the second day.

Had to leave due to noise, apparent drug and alcohol abuse in neighbouring rooms. Room was severely damaged, carpet stained and smelled like cigarettes. Vagrants outside of building arguing caused me to travel to front desk and ask to be moved initially. Told no other rooms were available and checkout only option. Called Expedia to request credit. Resulted in my family moving at 10pm to a room that cost more than double the cost due to last minute availability.

Pire place

Front desk Associate was outstanding. We checked around 11:00 pm and he was very helpful and friendly when qe came down for breakfast.

Rooms still requires some TLC. No shelf in showers, missing shampoo. No glass (for washroom) Some appliance need fixing. Had to go on another floor for ice...

This is a very rundown hotel/motel. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was old and dirty. There was a terrible smell of mold and moisture throughout the building and especially in the hallways. The bathroom and shower faucets were rusty and the bedding was dirty. We didn't even dare to use the towels. Thankfully we only had a one night stay but way too expensive for what we got. Needless to say, do not recommend this place.

Bed was fairly comfortable, room could use an up grade. It has been a wonderful large hotel at one time. Hot breakfast was excellent and ready at 6 am. Front desk host was very polite, professionally dressed and courteous.

It was okay for a 2 nights stay

Quick check in. Member of staff who dealt with us was polite and friendly. However, there was a lady sat at reception eating a meal which didn't look very professional. Room had been recently refurbished and was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lovely shower! Breakfast was very basic with only single use plastic cups and cutlery available to use - very disappointing to see these days.

Horrible hotel...do not stay! I was surprised that Wyndham actually ties its name to this place! Local police dropped people off to stay here while we were checking in....place should be torn down.

The hotel is located in the industrial area on the far outside of town. It appears to have a newer front area attached to something that was an old office building/ school?? Upon arrival we were not greeted but ignored. Front desk staff has definitely not been taught any etiquette at all! Finally we were able to check in but in the middle of our check in the front desk clerk decided to attend to another guest. No apologies were made, we were left standing there waiting getting more frustrated. Our room, 268 was a disaster, old and dirty! A room similar to the pictures on line are not at all what we got!! We certainly got scammed. Rotting windows, peeling desk chair, unfinished everything and a heating/air conditioning system from the 60's with no thermostat in the room, old carpet and dirty bedsheets! When we pulled back the covers you could tell the sheets had not been changed. We put in a complaint and asked for the beds to be remade while we went to find somewhere to eat. When we got back to our room it looked like they had just tightened and smoothened the sheets but they were not changed. The whole place felt creepy, dirty and unsafe enough for us to leave without spending another minute there. I feel a refund is warranted due to this hotel's false advertising with pictures of nice rooms none of which we got.

No elevator when have lg luggage

My towel stunk and had cigarette burns in it and make up on it. The bed sheets had a hole. We watched drug deals happening in the parking lot.

It was perfect for a stop over. Friendly front desk. Clean room. BK was typical eggs, toast, juice, coffee, yogurt, hash browns etc. We read alot if negative reviews but was just fine for a one night stay during our travels.

The clerk was wonderful and spoke English. The rooms were dirty and duvets were stained and dirty. There was hardly anyone staying here yet my room was unavailable and instead of a king I had two doubles for same price. No discount. AC was ok not great. Had to run it all night to try and cool the room. Road crew that was staying here were very ignorant to staff.

nice location. lobby and dining area very nice. room had issues , lamps not working, chair with pieces falling off but it is an older building so general conditions pretty good.

The room was stale with no air conditioning and the floor was not vacuumed. Breakfast was not great.

Paper thin walls will leave you able to hear every word your neighbours are saying. Hôtel feels a bit abandoned.

It was a clean and quiet place !!
